booked a room through booking .com for one night and I rebooked for another night, upon checking out I came to the front desk to chk out at 11.00 but the receptionist Marleen was not there and kept waiting with another guest for 10 minutes , when she came she asked to get my bags out of the room which I did and returned back and she was not there again and kept waiting for another 10 minutes . Pros (+) The room was great. Very clean and comfortable. The outside of the hotel looks unimpressive so I was greatly surprised by how nice the room was. The front office staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) They were a few men just hanging out outside. Kinda weird. The breakfast room was no where near big enough. And it was super hot in there from the waffle makers and people. We actually ended up eating in the little lobby. Breakfast was just cold continental items except for the waffles made with the waffle maker-basic but fine.
