Pros:The staff was nice and accommodated our wanting to switch rooms without a hassle
Cons:Bathrooms were dated and not something I wanted to use. Avoided showering while there. Rooms are old and you can hear a lot of noises like squeaking pipes for hours at night. Rooms were so DATED. Feels like a gross college dorm. The location is nasty and terribly unsafe.

Cons:Be careful of the location. While the area is improving, it you are not used to being in SF, it can be a bit of a shocker.

Pros:I had to go to Berkeley and Oakland while I was staying in San Francisco, so close to Bart station was convenient. However, it’s border line of tourist area and not so safe area.
Cons:Glass behind the front desk was cracked and taped up, which gave me bad first impression. Room size was ok, but room especially bathroom was not clean.

Pros:Great budget hotel in downtown SF! Great location, very clean, great coffee in the mornings. Parking on site. Nice little room. Way more value than I expected for the price! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a cheap room in SF without all the fancy perks.
Cons:Pretty Loud at night, no AC. Room was small. Next to Tenderloin, which is an interesting neighborhood, making it extra loud, but not unsafe.

Pros:The room looked exactly as expected. The bed linens and bathroom were clean, and all features worked fine.
Cons:We had three people sharing a 2-double room, but we were charged an additional $20 for the extra person on top of what we had already paid.

Pros:the staff was friendly and courteous
Cons:the rooms were really old like from the 1930s, they also forgot to mention that they were giving me a connecting room which was really disappointing. The restroom had no vents, and all the rooms had no AC, so imagine yourself on a hot day. goodluck! I will never recommend this hotel to you, once you leave the front door of the hotel, you will be welcomed by numerous homeless people. And theyre parking is over priced, come on its 2016, your charging your guest $30/night?

Pros:The service was very friendly Very central, market street is only 30 seconds away with plenty of boutiques and food
Cons:The neighborhood it is not super fancy, at night it does not give a very safety feeling, so I would not come with small children.

Pros:The location is on the edge of the Tendetloin, but it's not too bad. I know the city and you can do a lot worse, trust me. The hotel is right off market street, walking distance to a lot of cool stuff and close to the Muni. The hotel charges $30 for overnight parking, but that's a very good value for SF, and it's 24 hour security in a gated lot so you don't have to stress about your car.
Cons:The hotel is not super fancy, but the room was clean and had a safe, cozy feel. Our friends stayed around the corner at a much higher rated hotel $$$, and we feel like we got a super value.
