Many appreciated the comfortable beds in some rooms and the overall pleasant atmosphere. However, there were mixed comments about cleanliness and bed comfort, with some guests mentioning issues like ants or worn mattresses. The bathrooms received criticism for inconsistent hot water, lack of ventilation, and occasional maintenance problems.
