Pros (+) Great location, walkable to downtown San Luis Obispo. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean.
Cons (-) This is an updated motel basically. I thought the price was too steep for the quality of the facility. The breakfast was pretty marginal.

Pros (+) The Inn is centrally located to Downtown San Luis Obispo. You can walk to everything ( which is important, unless you want a $33 parking ticket, which I received on my way out of town ☹️).
Cons (-) The Inn is VERY basic- but it was the cheapest I could find in San Luis Obispo. There are no facilities.

Pros (+) My friends and I stayed at the Avenue Inn after driving through Big Sur. We arrived after 10 pm and were greeted by Saul, who showed us to our room and gave some excellent dinner recommendations for late at night. The room was in great condition (newly renovated) and very comfortable for 4 adults to sleep in. Saul helped us in the morning by providing additional towels and helped with checkout as ...
