Pros (+) My and my husband have stayed here a handful of times and we love it. Great value, great location and can bike to beaches. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and have a mini fridge and microwave. Awesome place!

Cons (-) Toilet too Low without any grab bars. Not enough shelf space in bathroom. No small packets of shampoo. Having to take care of putting towels in container, then having to get clean ones out for use the next day. We used the coffee pot and coffee was not replaced for the next day. TV control was lousy. Pros (+) We stayed in one of the A-frame cottages -- LOVED it! Totally cute and roomy. Everyone felt instantly at home, even our dog! With the full kitchen we only went out to eat once, which saved money. The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Cons (-) Although the cottage was pretty clean and tidy, it could have been a bit more clean. There were what looked to be dead bugs on top of the cabinets, which are clearly visible from the loft bedroom. Also, the ashtray outside on the railing of the loft bedroom's porch was full of cigarette butts.
