Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel for its cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff, and convenient parking facilities. Many found the location to be good for their needs, though a few noted it was not very close to Santa Monica beach. The rooms were often described as spacious and comfortable. However, a significant number of guests were disappointed by the lack of a proper breakfast, despite it being advertised as included in their booking. Overall, the hotel is seen as a clean and comfortable place with good service and parking, but the misleading breakfast information was a major drawback for several guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
