Great staff was very friendlich and helpful, breakfast was good. Very good location for business.
Shower and bathroom were inconvenient. Shower head was not functioning properly and toilet was very small.

At least it was clean. Breakfast was OK but not really worth the price charged. The staff was polite.
Room was VERY small with the toilet in what would normally be a closet. The sink was in a corner of the room and the shower opened directly alongside the bed. You finished your shower and had to step out and dry off next to the bed. The corner on the other side of the bed had a rod and some hangers for your clothes. The whole unit, including the toilet, didn't measure more than 8x10 feet. I have stayed in other IBIS hotels in SP in the same price range that were much better.
