Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to access local attractions, the main market, and transportation hubs. Some reviews highlight positive experiences with staff and food, especially in the restaurant. However, there are numerous complaints about cleanliness, limited hot water, pool maintenance, and privacy concerns. Breakfast and amenities receive mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others dissatisfied with quality and availability. Overall, while the location and some services are appreciated, the hotel needs improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest privacy.
