Summary of reviews

Guests say

Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location, proximity to shops, restaurants, and the beach, as well as the spacious rooms and some positive experiences with breakfast. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, with complaints about dirty rooms, infrequent cleaning, and poor bathroom conditions. Service also received criticism, especially regarding staff attitude and management, though a few guests mentioned friendly personnel. Breakfast was generally seen as adequate but basic. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.
