Pros: We did not have any meals at the restaurant as we had planned to have our meals at the villa. A bbq was included in the amenities and we made full use of it. We had everything we needed at the villa and the pool and the views from the pool/patio were exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing vacation. The staff came in to clean the pool/villa and were very friendly and courteous.
Cons: Wifi was not consistent but we were on holiday so it was good that everyone was forced to unplug and enjoy the beautiful nature around us.

6.0 Good
Pros: Liked the ambiance..The grounds are well kept. The pool was very nice..The breakfast was Good also
Cons: The standard rooms dont come with a mini fridge. The televisión sets didnt work in both of our rooms at all.Beds were not comfortable at all
7.0 Good
Pros: Location is great, resort is very cute and nice.
Cons: Food is not that great and is pricey. Breakfast was included but honestly don't expect that much. Just an omelette which was good, but the rest was poor honestly. Dinner was expensive and for not-that-great of a food. The place though is very nice. Nothing catastrophic obviously. It was just: Good.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to pool, beach. Nice setting. Friendly staff. Reasonable quality wifi.
Cons: Not a lot of light in the room. The pool could close later. There was no power socket next to the bedstand.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great location was great staff was great
Cons: Bed was very firm too hard for me back hurt I the am
5.0 Okay
Pros: The rate per night with breakfast was a steal of a deal
Cons: There was no fridge in the room
1.0 Poor
Pros: Comfortable bed and proximity to the beach.
Cons: Due to lack of ferry service and flights to/from Tobago during the initial reservation period, my husband and I were not able to check-in. The hotel refused to adjust the reservation. Instead, they overcharged us on the cancellation fee. We finally secured a ferry which allowed us to visit for a few hours (2pm - 5am). We walked onto the property and informed the rate was $172/night. A significant difference from our initial reservation ($111/night). Keep in mind, this is the off season for T&T. We asked "what do we get for $172/night?" They proceed to talk about about the breakfast (served at 7am - 9am) and lunch (12pm - 2pm) that we will never get. The man at Reception stated "it is almost 2pm, we just closed up from lunch." He didn't offer to check if there was something available for us to grab since we missed it by a mere 5 minutes. Dinner is not included and overpriced. There are signs everywhere demanding guests not to bring "outside" food. We walked into the room only to discover they provided us one with two double sized beds. It was extremely obvious we are husband and wife, we were confused why they would give us this room type. The beach is open to the public, not private as advertised on their website. We did receive assistance from two very nice employees staffed at the beach. It was clean and the waters were warm. We were informed of the hotel's no "outside" food policy. It was 3pm, their restaurant was not open for dinner and we were starving. We purchased lunch from Anchor (up the road) and ate it on their "private" beach. We did the same for dinner because the prices listed on the menu are ridiculously overpriced and downright laughable. We ended up taking our dinner to our room. At check-out, we asked about the two beds. Reception stated they had plenty of single bed rooms. She also mentioned our room was available for $111/night.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was fantastic! View from our room was superb, and I liked how there is a balcony where you can sit and enjoy it all. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. Absolutely loved the pool and of course the private beach with public access across the road. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. All in all, great value, would stay here again.
Cons: The bathroom is dated and the tap below the shower leaked. Toilet seat was not secure. The chocolate cake at dinner was too dry for my taste and disappointing. Lunch was ok.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beach, staff, food, view from room.
Cons: Business center equipment was out of date and in bad shape. No wifi in rooms. Live birds tied to railings in restaurant watching you while you eat seems very sad and cruel.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The resort is beautiful. When you enter the lobby the view is absolutely breathtaking. The front desk staff was very nice, cordial and informative. Very nice staff everywhere in the restaurant and boutiques on the beach. Close proximity to all activities. I can not wait to come back to Coco-Reef Tobago!!!
Cons: The floor tiles need some sprucing up. They are really gorgeous but a bit worn.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The beach was great. The rest of the resort left much to desire.
Cons: Broken A/C, no internet in rooms, only one key per room, can’t use credit cards anywhere other than the front desk. Food overall was meh.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable room Clean beach with adequate number of beach chairs Friendly staff Close to airport Good proximity to outside restaurants and external boat trip Desk arranged taxi tour of the island Room upgrade offered without additional cost
Cons: Limited options for meals - lunch and dinner buffets only, no menus Lunch and dinner buffet costs were expensive for what was offered
4.0 Okay
Pros: Fantastic location. The beach and landscaping is wonderful. The service is very good. Included breakfast were very good.
Cons: The facilities are very run down and in much need of repair and refurbishment. Cracked tiles on the floor, bathroom fixtures are in poor operating condition, beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Many dents, scratches and areas of missing paint on the floors and walls. This could be a world class resort but it appears the owners do not reinvest in up keep of the rooms. Lunch and Dinners, which were not included were very expensive and not of good quality. My wife became ill after dinner one night.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The buffet breakfast was fresh and varied. The built berm provides protection from the waves making an almost serene swimming pool in the ocean. The bed was comfortable. Restaurants located walking distance from the resort...trust me you need them.
Cons: The bed only had 2 small pillows, more has to be requested from the front desk. Pool towels are only available from the front desk but there are no signs or information advising you about that. Ants and wood rot everywhere. No elevator, no extra bath towels. The dinner is way overpriced for a mouthful of food.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Coco Reef is a short walk from the airport and overall feels very safe and mostly clean. By US standards, the bathroom in our room was pretty gross and the bedding needed updating. We were in room 210 and liked having a view of the pool and the ocean. We may stay here again, but also hope that for the price, we can find somewhere cleaner. It's hit or miss with the staff. Some are very friendly and others seem put out by guests. Melissa's fajitas at the restaurant closest to the beach are a must.
Cons: Cleanliness and outdated bedding
6.7 Good
Pros: Some staff were very nice, breakfast was broadly a good range, rooms were big, good turn down service, quick room service, beach is well kept, super location, decent sized balcony
Cons: Minimal variety and low quality fruit for breakfast, limited lower body gym equipment, evening entertainment just on Saturday, some staff not cut out to be customer facing, watersports just want you to buy a Scuba Diving trip and not let you use anything else, wifi only usable in reception lobby, aircon machines right above the beds, we paid 30% more for a sea view- which we could only see in the gaps across the garden outside our room. To be honest, at £300/$400 per night- I expected more.
6.7 Good
Pros: Breakfast itself was great. The breakfast service was good except wait till i finish eat and then collect d utensils. Didnt like being interrupted regurlarly. The beach and location were excellent
Cons: Rain fell. Room leaked heavily. Moved to another room but with a smaller bed. Room leaked again water flowing unto d socket area where charger was plugged in. Did not want to re-imburse properly for damaging it. After much heated discussions was re-imbursed properly
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Coco Reef staff were very friendly, accommodating and quick to resolve all questions we had. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the room was wonderfully situated to provide comfort but still afford proximity to the natural grounds. Everything about the 3 day stay was awesome!
Cons: Vegan food options were slim and repetitive. I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice ambience. Enjoyed the private beach. Perfect for a relaxing vacation
Cons: Water glasses and tea cups in the room were not cleaned properly. Before the first use, there were tea stains on the cups.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Access to the beach
Cons: The room smelled of mold it was was overpriced the commode had a brown ring the bathroom shower mat was dirty and over run with ants.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely perfect stay. Food, room, and staff and facilities all perfect. Highly recommend this hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very Love Continental Breakfast. My Wife and I rented a Car, and there were very nice, affordable, tasty eat out places!
Cons: There were some Bulbs in thr stairway that were blown and needed to be changed. The stairway was dark in the night... The Kois fishes needed to be Fed. An employee told me that they ran out of Fish food, and they were feeding them Bread! I felt sad and hurt for those fishes!!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly. The preparation for my room to be ready was quick. The room was amazing. The view from my room was heavenly. The cleanliness of the hotel was lovely. Overall it was worth it! I would go back in a heart beat..
Cons: I didnt like the food and drinks. It was very expensive. We paid $16 for an LLB plus service charge and VAT. We went to Pinnacle Restaurant at the resort for dinner the 1st night and it was $195.00 per person.. We ended up ordering pizza hut.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The view, the beach, the pool, breakfast and the air con.
Cons: The evening meal was a let down...overpriced and not the best quality. However there were plenty of fantastic restaurants close by.
7.5 Good
Pros: The service was good and the rooms were clean.
Cons: Firstly the front of the building needs an upgrade it wasn’t appealing to the eye and secondly I stayed three days and got almost the same things for breakfast. Variety is important !
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location and facilities and pleasant staff
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was delicious, the hotel was well kept, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Friendly staff
Cons: Room location was accessible via a tedious flight of stairs
10.0 Excellent
Cons: What can be improved: There should be signs at the food warmers for breakfast, so we would know what is in each of them. The first morning had signs but the second morning didn't. Also, there should be a sign by the omelette station indicating that those plates are only for those who want omlettes or pancakes. Other plates can be found lower down by the stairs.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Everything was great

6.3 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable and staff nice. Good view from the pool
Cons: Room needs renewal and better cleaning.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Really loved the Bacolet Beach Club room. Went with the Junior Penthouse I think. Lovely room, king bed, big shower three shared pools, awesome ocean view, private beach, friendly staff, nice people. Will definitely visit again. Buffet style breakfast was delicious.
Cons: Ok Half Moon Blue and Bacolet Beach Club are opposite each other and share facilities as its runned by one owner. I wasn't a big fan of the Half Moon Blue side. It's nice but a little too old school for me and a little distant from the restaurant. If your looking for extreme peace and quiet with a colonial style vibe then this side is the place. We upgraded to the Bacolet Beach Club Room.
7.5 Good
Pros: Really nice large room, great view.
Cons: Rooms need some much needed work, aging hotel and somewhat negleted.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The peace and quiet and amazing views from my room (Blue Room 4), the pool here and from the pools and beach bar over at Bacolet Beach Club. A great, comfy bed with four down-like pillows. I had to request a blanket but otherwise it was perfect. Amazing aroma therapy massages by Rowena in the spa over at the sister property across the road; Bacolet Beach Club. Friendly staff. Great beach when the tide is low. Decent range of food options at the restaurant although they were at typical hotel (higher) prices.
Cons: Small maintenance issues like plants protruding onto walkway to hotel room, pool and pool sign not having certain information such a depth markers, Mobdro app for internet TV hardly worked.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Bad place
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good seesight, pool, room, beech
Cons: location... has a beautiful see but so far from averything you need like restaurant, supermarket. Price of restaurant for client was expensive and you have not chance because there are not others
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff was lovely and really tried their best to be as helpful as possible
Cons: The rooms were terribly musty. The first room we had, the door was rotted and the room had this terrible smell, there were flies everywhere and the floor was terribly sticky. The staff gave us no issues to change the room, however the second one wasn’t that much of an improvement. The breakfast was very disappointing, eggs were watery, pancakes were undercooked and the options weren’t very diverse. To add insult to injury, a member of staff was very rude to my boyfriend when he asked her for a glass of water. There was no proper parking.
7.5 Good
Pros: I loved the quietness of the surroundings and the spacious room
Cons: The pictures of this place needs to be updated!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great place ,private beach,3pools shared between half moon and barcolet beach club, fruit trees, open air bar/restaurant
Cons: A few things need updated

5.4 Okay
Pros: Clean
Cons: Too many extra charges.... ice buckets water etc and you need a car if u want to stay here
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff. Nice view.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect... The scenery was amazing! Loved the bathroom as well.
Cons: The breakfast did not meet my expectations. Needs a better variety in case persons don't eat/like certain local foods made. Also too many flies at breakfast time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service and place was really excellent
Cons: Could have been a smoother checkin as I have requested a special time.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean hotel, friendly staff, gorgeous views, food in Havana was lovely. Very comfortable.
Cons: The only negative about this hotel was that there was nothing round about, no shops etc
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was cozy & bed very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely lit & the design & colours were inviting. The staff at reception were very courteous.
Cons: We got a free upgrade to the Junior Penthouse which was nice, but it wasn't what was expected. In my opinion the only thing "Penthouse" about the room was the bed & the bathroom area, but I won't complain as we weren't charged for a Penthouse stay anyway. There was no ironing board in our room though so we had to iron our clothes on the bed. The mini fridge was running water as well & the firestick didn't work well. I didn't bother to call reception/ housekeeping as we were able to work around everything seeing that we weren't there for a lengthy period of time.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: My visit to Tobago was inviting ro say the least. My stay at the Bacolet Beach Club was very relaxing.I enjoy each day meeting the staff who was very nice.Anything I wanted they would do their best to accommodate me. I would definitely visit Bacolet Beach Club again sometime next year, the vibe was quite and relaxing.
7.9 Good
Pros: West wing pool is beautiful. Place has a rustic look! Excellent view overlooking the sea from my room
Cons: The Cafe has a problem with flies especially around breakfast time which is unsanitary and pose a health risk.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. Lovely private beach. Great massage!
Cons: A bit isolated - no other restaurants (or even convenience stores) within easy walking distance. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was good, but we’d have wanted more variety over a longer stay.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Comfortable bedroom and balcony. Late check out was reasonable priced. The room was clean and the mini bar was stocked
Cons: 1) Didn't have water in the old wing as soon as we arrived; that was fine as problems do happen but no one mentioned it on check in. 2) Reached for breakfast at 9:50 (breakfast finish at 10) and most of the buffet was finished and no one was accommodating so we left. 3) The entry cards to the entrance door stopped working a few times and the receptionist forgot to leave it out when we returned so a security guard had to give us access. 4) There was no duvet or comforter (staff didn't know what that was) available only an old worn out blanket which was even more uncomfortable than the single thin sheet on the bed. 5) The bathroom had no privacy as the entry door was a frosted glass shower door with no locks. 6) The price of everything (drinks and food) was exorbitant. 7) There was a big sports match I needed to see and the television didn't work. 8) The sea was dirty but that's not the hotels fault. 9) Most of the staff were unfriendly. 10) The hotel is fairly secluded from any other place so a car or taxi is a must.

5.8 Okay
Pros: The view and the food was great
Cons: Had to ask extra towelss only 2 came i the room with no hand towels and no bath mat towels Pool had too much chlorine
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The lights and the view from the room.
Cons: Size of the bath tub. The availability of a heater in the room to access when needed
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The front desk attendant went out of her way to ensure we had an amazing anniversary. The staff is exceptional
Cons: We requested an iron and ironing board from front desk that never came
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Love my room with the ocean view
Cons: The small tv
6.7 Good
Pros: The kids pool was great and the housekeeper was more than helpful.
Cons: I saw 2 roaches in my room and lots of crazy ants. We could have easily been in a closer room as there were empty ones for the same price.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: The Facility should be modernised at bit. It seems like it needs some maintenance. Although we were given internet access the signal was poor in the rooms.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I loved the ocean view room, the beach access and gym. Great value. Breakfast was good too
Cons: I had an early flight in but couldn't check-in till 3.
6.7 Good
Pros: The view from the room was wonderful. The sounds of the waves on the beach was soothing to say the least. The ladies serving the tea at breakfast was always polite and welcoming. The house keeping lady was also very friendly and I enjoy interacting with her.
Cons: I asked the receptionist the night before we checkout whether she could print our boarding pass and her response was that no, she cannot her printer is giving trouble. So when her shift changed I went to the front desk and asked the gentleman who was at the front desk and he printed it with a smile no excuse about the printer and I highly doubt someone came overnight to fix the printer. The service the young lady provided versus the gentleman was like night and day.
6.2 Good
Pros: The location is great! It's right on a quiet and picturesque beach. The hotel itself is big and airy, with multiple pools and lounge areas. Walking distance to a great restaurant at Seahorse Inn.
Cons: - For the price, the food was sub-par. Seahorse Inn, right next door, costs about the same, and the food is very gourmet. - The staff was very friendly and willing, but not competent - wifi is only available in the lobby - facilities were in various states of disrepair (small water leak, broken lock on the balcony door, remotes that don't work, etc)
6.7 Good
Pros: 1. Food was good. 2. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons: 1. WiFI barely worked, used data mostly; 2. Travelled with a toddler, kiddie pool was under maintenance for the entire weekend we were never informed; 3. All inclusive felt a bit limited. But the food was quite tasty!
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good. The staff is very attentive and pleasant. The view was great.
Cons: The room/bathroom was too cramped. Walls not soundproof. I booked a room with a king bed but got a room with two smaller beds.

5.8 Okay
Pros: Staff were friendly, particularly Martin.
Cons: Hotel very shabby, with low to no supplies of both food and drink. Hasn’t been updated in years, rust showing, broken fans. All run on a shoestring with no replacements when things ran out. Toilet paper in notable absence! Food combinations were curious and repetitive. Overall staff did what they could with little apparent support from Management .
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing... It was the worst travel experience in many years.
Cons: I booked this hotel based on your rating and their website. All of the information was a sham... you rated this as a 5 star. That is crazy. Did anyone inspect this place? it was old and beat and dirty.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous location, retro architecture, beach, and magic atmosphere. I could reimagine the previous guests : Robert Mitchum, Rita Hayworth and. the Duke of Edinburgh at every moment. Idyllic.
Cons: Sun slightly too hot at midday.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The room was clean. The sea views were lovely. There was ample running water.
Cons: First, Reception was poor, we had to wait an hour for the room although we were within the check in period. Then we decided to order lunch, it took an hour and then it was bland and dry,. The property itself needs better upkeep, the pool needed cleaning and the deck chair cushions were either stained or dusty. House keeping did not clean up the room during our stay The A/C was not functioning in the first room we were in. When the Reception guy came he tried to convince us all was fine.... But he was sweating too! We eventually got a change of room after about 2 hours, the A/C was no better but because it was located out of the sun it was bearable. There was no Kettle, no ice trays so you couldn't have a hot or cold drink if you wished. Nobody made a reasonable effort to give better Service....to see if we were OK and satisfied. The Parking lot is largely unlit so if you're coming in at night its a risk! We were glad to leave....
6.7 Good
Pros: Comfy bed Very friendly staff
Cons: Place needs renovations and restaurant/bar was not always open
6.7 Good
Pros: Beach and most of the staff
Cons: Building needs substantial repair. The owner just doesn’t care and blames it on tourism. The food is very overpriced for what you get. There is only one other restaurant close and it also is expensive but the food is better. It was full each time we went there. As for our hotel not many people had dinner there.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location superb. Staff friendly.
Cons: Building showing its age. Superior room had problems - wardrobe and balcony doors hard to open, no plug in sink, no Wi-fi in room. Showers and toilets for pool not cleaned. Beach bar closed. No information about hotel services in room, and staff unsure when asked. The few staff did their best to help, but facilities and service level fell way short of expectations for supposedly luxury hotel. Only a handful of guests staying so no atmosphere in hotel or restaurant.

3.1 Mediocre
Pros: we stayed here last minute after our other place had mold and there were very few openings. I would recommend everyone look elsewhere. Aside from a nice pool and a relatively i crowded beach, there is little else I liked about this outdated resort.
Cons: The staff was incredibly rude - a few were lovely, but most were terrible. The room was dirty, our bathroom sink backed up from hair (not ours), the food was mediocre, the service slow. It felt like a 1970s hotel that hasn't been updated. Stay elsewhere.
6.3 Good
Pros: Food was good. Staff wss nice. Pool was nice.
Cons: Mattress was tooo soft, pillows as well. The bed was creaky. Thw phone and tv wasnt working. Generally the place needs a bit of an upliftment.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The food was great except for the dhal and goat dish. The drinks were great. Really nice and comfy
Cons: One of the bartender was not pleasant. Didn’t want to go for drinks whenever he was there
4.0 Okay
Pros: The sea view.
Cons: Food was poor. Even though the hotel had guest. The money paid for All inclusive it was poor.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the food and the pool very much.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The pool was nice and it was close to the beach. The restuarant had authentic Trinbago cuisine most times.
Cons: The Rooms were a mess. They were dark and dusty, the TV kept cutting off. Definitely not what they showed on the pictures. The hallways and stairways (please be careful on these stairs. A few boards were creaking when you stepped on them) to get to the rooms looks so dark and gloomy. We told the staff at the counter that we would be checking out at 6am, and there was no one at the counter at that time. We had to get help from one of the kitchen staff who told us that no one has come out to work as yet. AT 6:20 IN THE MORNING!!! We just left the room key on the counter. And Trevor the bartender needs an attitude check. He was leaving sleek remarks when you go for drinks even though it was 'all-inclusive'.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The grounds were excellently manicured. The ambiance was very quiet which promotes relaxation.
Cons: The sent of the lobby was not encouraging. It was dusty, musty, old odour. Along the corridor, western end, the majority wooden beams were water rotted one even broken completely. This definitely is a hazard to everyone.

6.3 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable and staff nice.
