Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews reveal that the hotel benefits from a good location near the beach and offers enjoyable pools and some spacious rooms. However, many guests were disappointed by the service, citing unhelpful or unfriendly staff, communication issues, and disorganization, especially in the restaurant. Cleanliness was also a common concern, with reports of dirty rooms, old towels, and unsatisfactory hygiene in public areas. Food, especially breakfast, was often described as repetitive and lacking in variety. While some guests appreciated the amenities and entertainment, the overall experience was marred by poor service and cleanliness.
