Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests highly praise the hotel for its unbeatable location, exceptional service, and immaculate cleanliness. Many reviews highlight the staff's professionalism and helpfulness, especially the Concierge team. The historic atmosphere and stylish decor add to the unique experience, while the breakfast and amenities like the jazz bar are frequently mentioned as standout features. Some guests noted minor issues such as restaurant hours, noise in city-view rooms, and occasional service lapses, but these did not significantly detract from the overwhelmingly positive impressions. The hotel is widely recommended for its comfort, value, and memorable atmosphere.
