Many found the amenities and facilities, such as the gaming zone, cafes, and in-house restaurant, to be excellent. Some guests highlighted the spacious and comfortable rooms. However, there were several complaints about value for price, with some feeling the hotel was overpriced for the quality offered, especially regarding room views and breakfast.
