Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near tourist attractions, markets, and restaurants. Many found the hotel to be a good value for the price, with some mentioning spacious rooms. However, cleanliness was a major concern for several guests, with repeated complaints about dirty bathrooms, dust, mold, and maintenance issues. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced unhelpful or unfriendly behavior. Overall, the location and price were the main positives, but cleanliness and some aspects of service need improvement.
