Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, lakeside setting, and range of amenities, including pools, wellness areas, and activities for children. However, many reviews highlighted significant drawbacks, especially regarding cleanliness, service quality, and the food, which often did not meet 5-star expectations. While some staff members were friendly and helpful, others were described as unfriendly or unaccommodating, and language barriers were a recurring issue. Cleanliness in rooms and public areas was frequently criticized, with reports of dust, worn linens, and inadequate housekeeping. Breakfast and dinner options were often seen as monotonous or below standard, though a few guests enjoyed the food. Overall, the hotel excels in location and facilities but needs improvement in service, cleanliness, and dining.
