Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's stunning location, beautiful views, and access to both private and infinity pools. Many found the breakfast to be excellent and appreciated the cleanliness of rooms and facilities. However, several reviews highlighted issues with service quality, including unhelpful staff, slow or disorganized service, and unmet expectations for a 5-star property. While the location and amenities were standout positives, service inconsistencies and occasional maintenance concerns were noted as areas for improvement.
