Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location, exceptional gardens, and friendly, attentive service. Many highlighted the tranquil atmosphere and scenic views of the lake and volcanoes. Cleanliness and comfortable rooms were also appreciated. However, some guests noted that certain amenities, such as air conditioning, WiFi, and room upgrades, could be improved, and a few mentioned noise issues and limited breakfast options. Overall, the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives, making it a highly recommended stay.
