Pros (+) The hotel itself is in a great location and the staff are so amazing and wonderful. It's a clean hotel with modern touches and the included breakfast is SO GOOD. Rooms were large and clean and quite comfortable.
Cons (-) There was one day (out of 4) that room wasn't cleaned, but we brought it up and they addressed everything. The parking garage was great, but not much space so be sure to get a spot while you can. In all honesty though, there wasn't much that I didn't like or bothered me.
Pros (+) The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. Everything was in great condition. The location felt very safe.

Pros (+) Easy access on foot to all the major stores, sites, and facilities in beautiful downtown Spokane.
Cons (-) Parking is a bit challenging small outside lot and indoor parking garage is great but, small spaces!
Pros (+) I loved the staff!! Everyone was incredibly sweet and helpful, we had two young kids and even without a pool they had an absolute blast! Great cookie time and breakfast was awesome for being included! Will stay again!
