We enjoyed our room with a balcony and view of the river. It was clean and spacious, there were complimentary snacks and drinks in the evening, and a hearty breakfast in the morning. Convenient location, near a walking trail to Riverfront Park and across from the Convention Center. Staff was friendly but check-in was slow because only one person helping at the desk.

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The pool heater was broken, along with the sauna, but the hot tub was working which made for some intense cold to hot water transitions. It was a bit noisy with people walking around above our room, kids yelling next door and a dog barking on the first floor. Breakfast was good and parking was free.

Pros (+) The free breakfast was fantastic with a variety of foods. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons (-) If you return to the hotel in the late evening you end up parking behind the hotel, but there is a side entrance and the lot is fairly well lit.

Pros (+) Room was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having a microwave, refrigerator, and usb plug ins. Breakfast was very nice, and plenty of different options.
Cons (-) Limited parking. If you returned after 9pm you had to park on the backside of the hotel which wasn’t lit very well.

Pros (+) Good location. Clean, nice decor. Good breakfast, happy hour, light dinner options. Very friendly staff.
Cons (-) Crowded rooms, very small bathroom with sink out in the middle of the sleeping area. Rooms pretty small to make into "suites." Really just a couch and desk in the open room.

Pros (+) I inadvertently reserved the wrong date yet the staff was exceptionally accommodating to keep us at the hotel the day we arrived. A lower rate was offered. There was no charge for the service dog. the dog received a complimentary travel bowl and treats. We received complimentary evening light fare and wine and the cost included an exceptional breakfast buffet. The room was clean, modern and quiet.
