Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful grounds. Our room was large and comfortable. Beach area was very nice. Two restaurants close by.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: so comfortable and clean, very convenient for the beach and restaurants.
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I had a fabulous week at Buccaneer Beach Club. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. I am a solo traveller and the staff made me feel safe and welcome. Amazing friendly service from Oscar, Shakira, Stanley, and Leonard the manager (and everyone else). The part of the beach for our sun loungers was the best spot in the bay. Also plenty of loungers round the lovely warm pool too. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved staying at the Buccaneer! All of the staff were welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The hotel is literally on the beach and the BBQ and pool were a great addition, given there was a beach curfew at the weekend when we stayed there. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There’s a shop within the reception area which makes getting snacks, drinks and ice easy and there’s also a big supermarket a 15 minute walk away which had everything we needed for the meals we wanted to make in our room. We hired a car for one of the days we stayed there, which was easily arranged by the hotel, as was the Covid test I needed to get back into the US. I can’t recommend the Buccaneer Beach Club enough - we will definately be back and with a bigger group of people next time!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Excellent location, close to one of the best beaches in Antigua!
Cons: Kitchenette could be better provided for, housekeeping could have been done daily. Specially for the amount we paid for the stay.
Excellent 10.0
This was our moment remain at this put and it was unquestionably astounding. The area and staff can't be beat. The expansive rooms are well set up for cooking the complete time in the event that one chooses to or helpful to numerous eateries. I would prescribe one less servant and contracting a full time room upkeep person. If a extraordinary bargain of center isn't went through on upkeep, the Buccaneer may be our favorite choice in Antigua. The grounds were kept spotless and security individual were neighborly and considerate.
Excellent 10.0
The area and staff can't be beat. The expansive rooms are well set up for cooking the complete time in case one chooses to or helpful to numerous eateries. The grounds were kept spotless and security individual were inviting and considerate. The room or loft was exceptionally present day with a colossal comfortable bed. I adored the highlights of the dim wooden shades all through and the washroom was expansive and lavish. You'll not be disillusioned. I have no words to portray how excellent it was and it was truly at the foot of the cultivate way! There was no issue getting loungers and there’s a eatery that’s serves astounding nourishment on the shoreline. I truly was blown absent.
Excellent 10.0
This place is arranged on a dazzling shoreline. This inn has little estates with a room, washroom, sitting room, and kitchenette. I cannot say sufficient approximately this diamond of a inn. It’s area is culminate, it is steps from a wonderful shoreline that's extraordinary for swimming and splashing within the sun. The staff are wonderful who is continuously inquiring in case you wish any help. The women at the work area are incredible and exceptionally accommodating with getting you a taxi or any other data. The general stores are five minutes absent, the air terminal 15 minutes, and there are two eateries strolling remove. The local people are pleasant and the shorelines will fair take your breath absent.
Excellent 10.0
We spent a day at this property, where we booked a beachfront apartment. The apartment is truly "pied dans l'eau", spacious and equipped with every comfort. The structure on the whole, however, is decidedly minimal and anonymous. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. The Dickinson Bay beach is certainly not one of the most beautiful on the island and is often crowded, due to the numerous bars and restaurants that overlook it.
Excellent 10.0
When we arrived our cottage was exceptionally clean and well displayed, and each day we had a servant benefit and it was cleared out in faultless condition each day. All of the staff are unimaginably inviting and inviting. We used the grill one evening amid our remain and it was exceptionally simple to save and to utilize, and it truly made for a idealize final day. The shoreline is effortlessly available and is completely astonishing, such clear blue water and well looked after by those living and remaining on the island. There are also numerous great places to eat on the shoreline counting Coconut Woods which is very truly on Buccaneer’s doorstep, and Ana’s on the Shoreline which is as it were a brief walk. A clothing room is additionally accessible most of the time. This place truly may be a covered up diamond, it is really special, and to anyone I talk to who plans on getting to Antigua within the future, I will be unequivocally suggesting to stay here.

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great location, interesting historical building and surroundings, very friendly and helpful staff, lovely room. Really nice to sit on the terrace for breakfast overlooking this historic harbour.
Cons: Restaurant had not reopened when we stayed but plenty of options within easy walking distance.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very friendly staff in a historical setting.
Cons: Breakfast needed improving
Excellent 10.0
Pros: a wonderful experience wonderful attention to detail wonderful people highly recommended
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Wonderful historic inn, in the midst of historical world heritage site, good hiking trails and beautiful yachts right there.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Claudius and Brenda were fabulous...nothing was too much trouble. We were the first -and only- guests post re-opening and we just loved our stay!
Good 7.0
Pros: Great location, the staff was very friendly.
Cons: mosquitoes from wall ate us all nights
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Beautiful suite in a beautiful hotel and lovely location.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Fabulous staff, lovely location, lovely historic atmospheric building, good Covid protocols in place.
Cons: Would be nice to visit in ‘normal’ times when more facilities (eg) bar, evening restaurant, etc. may be in operation. Could do with some sympathetic refurb of the rooms particularly the kitchenette and en suite ( which I think is planned in the coming months)
Excellent 10.0
The lodging is found straightforwardly on the Marina, you've got a lovely view of the ships and a little bay. The history of the 17th century building can be felt all over. Our room was gigantic and well brightened. The staff was continuously decent, supportive and obliging. Extraordinary much obliged to the assistant and the young lady from the eatery. All demands were continuously satisfied quickly. Questions continuously replied. The breakfast was delicious, the selection great and enormous. We'll unquestionably be back.
Excellent 10.0
This is an excellent lodging in a wonderful memorable area. The suites are flawless and contain a little kitchenette which is culminate for voyaging. We may store natural product, drinks and get ready dinners there. he staff were greatly pleasing and inviting, making a difference out with tall chairs and giving little parcels of nourishment on ask. The suites are on two levels with beds, living range, kitchen and washroom underneath and a bedroom upstairs. The closets are colossal, there's an press and pressing board given and a secure for resources. The discuss conditioning is extraordinary. TV reception is variable. The nourishment is conventional English and good quality bar grub with a Caribbean twist. This is often exceedingly suggest this lovely lodging.
Excellent 10.0
Copper and Lumber Company provides excellent accommodations in the historic Nelson Dockyard. We stayed in the Georgian Suite, this suite features air conditioning, ceiling fan, sofa, seating area, cable TV and a kitchenette with kitchenware and fridge. It has English Harbor views and a private bathroom. The furnishings were traditional and lovely and we would point out the beautiful dark wood work throughout. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The dockyards area is well worth a visit and so is Falmouth Bay a short walk away. We stayed during the annual sailing races and having a close up view of some of the most beautiful sailing yachts in the world was a special pleasure.

Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Location was good, although 'private beach' was somewhat of an exaggeration. Tiny sliver of beach with no facilities on there.
Cons: The room was large but so so dark. The room itself had book shelves but no books or ornaments, it was completely bare. picture hooks but no pictures - this may have been due to the air conditioning units leaking down the walls. The mattress was the worst I have ever slept in. The furniture was threadbare with holes in the fabric on chairs and towels etc. The outdoor furniture was falling apart with sharp edges which were dangerous. All this was mentioned to staff who simply shrugged their shoulders. There were no facilities at the hotel such as gym, spa or even a functioning bar. Staff only available during daytime hours, empty rest of the time. The wifi didn't work most of the time despite numerous attempts at trying to fix it. The door to my bedroom didnt fit properly, so when I closed it on the first day I was stuck in the room and my friend had to kick the door in to get me out, despite mentioning this to maintenance, nothing was done to fix this. The pool was tiny - there was no service there, so you couldn't even get water or towels there. The food was very basic and any requests met with disapproval. At checkout I was asked to bring the items i had borrowed to reception (yogamat, two books and an adapter) to ensure that I didn't steal the items, extremely insulting to say the least. Overall their claims of a luxurious 5 star hotel with up to date amenities is definitely false advertising The property is so so run down and service is non-existent. A massive disappointment to say the least. I had to check out early from the property it was that bad. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Despite the COVID restrictions our stay at the hotel was fantastic. Location, facilities and staff were top quality and will return.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Modern, very attractive and functional, wonderful outdoor restaurant over looking harbor with great view of sunset.
Cons: I’m disabled and property is a bit different to get around
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location very nice
Cons: Price at the restaurant which was expensive
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Everything was as we expected.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff by far number 1, food was great too. Pool was good although not very large. Location is excellent
Cons: A lot of mosquitos and no spray in rooms to kill them off. Also a lot on our deck. Lack of washing machine in the rooms a little disappointing although I knew in advance
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great rooms and pool. Restaurant was excellent. Location perfect for English Harbour.
Excellent 10.0
This can be an extremely decent lodging and arranged in a helpful range close to bar and eateries. The lodging is on the shoreline which is small and Alright in spite of the fact that there are urchins within the see that have to be be maintained a strategic distance from. There's a little pool and decking with not sufficient sun beds. There's an fabulous Asian Combination eatery on the shoreline that serves awesome suppers. The rooms are liberal and well fitted with great air-con, kitchen and living zone. The staff are neighborly and mindful and we had a incredible time but the lodging presently needs more speculation to move forward what it has and include the gym/spa zone that ought to have been built by now.
Excellent 10.0
We were at first taken aback at how calm the put is - turns out English Harbor moo season is truly truly calm. In any case the inn itself is exceptionally pleasantly done - the rooms are present day with fabulous offices (kitchenette) and may not blame any of the points of interest. The pool is exquisite and there are kayaks as well on a really little shoreline. The location is superb. Each morning you'll be able eat breakfast looking over the harbor. The nourishment is exquisite - I truly preferred the breakfast menu and supper was moreover great quality. Cocktails were a specific favorite of our own! The fiery rum Antiguan was astonishing and they took the time to clarify how to form it on our final day. Staff were neighborly - it's a casual youthful fashion instead of 'tall touch' benefit. We delighted in our remain and I'd certainly suggest it once more.
Excellent 10.0
We chose South Point because we were going to Antigua to meet a crew in the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Rowing Challenge and wanted to be within walking distance of the finishing line at English Harbour. And we were absolutely delighted we did choose this hotel because the location and setting overlooking the superyachts moored in Falmouth Harbour alongside the Antigua Yacht Club is fantastic and the staff wonderful. This is a small hotel with just 23 suites, but it has the feel of a much bigger hotel. Our room/ suite was spacious and beautifully appointed and the restaurant, its waterside setting, the excellent service from friendly staff, and the standard of food, is fantastic. In short, we had a wonderful time at South Point, will undoubtedly return and can’t recommend it highly enough.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very close to a very clean beach and there were always beach chairs available. The AC worked wonderfully and very powerful water pressure in the shower. Always had security present on the property. Very friendly and pleasant staff. When we didn't know how to operate the stove, maintenance came in less than 5 mins. No screaming children - peaceful! Nice size pool and it was clean. Very well kept and beautiful property grounds. Covid testing requirements to return home was able to be done at the resort.
Cons: You can hear Sandals when they have their activities from Friday - Saturday however, once you we were in our room you couldn't hear a peep! So it truly wasn't a bother.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: ..Resort layout...Location...near to town and big supermarket.
Cons: . .Two restaurants either side of resort very good but pricey. You need a car to get out to super market and other restaurants.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff - the different items in the room. Just being in Antigua!!!
Cons: Nothing
Okay 4.0
Pros: Great quality rooms, daily cleaning service, very close to the beach
Cons: This hotel is next to Sandals where they play loud music every night and have speakers outside. It sounded as if we were in Sandals! One night, I think it was Friday, they had an entertainment guy shouting unbearable loud throughout the evening till midnight. Because of the noise I would recommend this place.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: large self catering apartment with well appointed kitchen facilities. lovely pool area and gardens and right on the beach. apartment and grounds were very clean.
Cons: noise from the sandals resort if you’re on that side of the complex.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was helpful and friendly at all times. I was extremely pleased to see that the room I saw advertised was exactly the room that I got when I arrived.
Cons: I have no dislikes at all concerning my stay at Antigua village. I had a great time.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The kitchen had everything we needed to cater for ourselves, including a generous freezer above a full-sized fridge. No property is more than a minute's gentle stroll to the beach. The grounds and external paint-works are well-maintained by a very competent team. The place looks delightful.
Cons: There are occasionally some jellyfish in the sea, but this is apparently common to properties on the West coast. Sometimes some noise comes from Sandals next door - but there is a booking facility which allows people to request a quiet room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: close to beach
Cons: nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beautifully located apartment not far from the town centre. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming… they even gave as fruit from the local grounds (a nice touch).
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Everything was great
Cons: Bed was pretty hard

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Gorgeous hotel set in beautiful lush teal gardens surrounding a lovely ay with sand beaches. The breakfast was exceptional. We did not do all-inclusive as we wanted to sample Other restaurants. And I recommend Hemingway’s in St John’s. The staff at the hotel tremendous– so friendly and welcoming. We had a marvellous five days
Cons: Non.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nicest people I’ve ever met on holiday, food consistently amazing from morning to night. Resort beautiful, slight sea weed issue on the beach but doesn’t matter too much as it’s still so beautiful and loads of other incredible beaches near by to visit too. The Cove and their staff are out of this world. Loved everyone there! Definitely recommend.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Would prefer if they could confirm our late checkout request the day before, rather than on the morning of checkout. The point of late checkout is that you can sleep in and pack on the day of checkout, and they charge extra USD75 for that privilege anyway.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Property is so beautiful and so are the people who work there.
Cons: Staying longer
Excellent 10.0
Our room was on the second floor with an amazing balcony and the sea at our feet! Sleeping listening to the noise of the sea is very good! The reception staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. Very beautiful area, clean, well-kept. Restaurants on site are also good. Have a nice breakfast. Rooms 2-3 floors, territory design. It's a perfect location. The ambiance was great. I will definitely recommend this hotel to, my friends and family. Avoid using so many plastic water bottles. Supply visitors with a recyclable water bottle that is branded and have water coolers around to fill up during the day.
Excellent 10.0
From the minute we ventured into the Lodging we knew it was something extraordinary, we were welcomed by inviting staff and advertised natural product or rum punches, while they organized our room and the doormen to require the gear. We had a select beachfront room, overlooking the pool and the ocean and the astounding lavish tropical gardens bordered with palm trees and tropical blooms. The staff were accommodating, friendly and exceptionally courteous and couldn't do sufficient to assist you, it was superb to sit on the wonderful serene shoreline and have the staff serve you drinks, while you fair loose. Breakfast was awesome comprising of a buffet style with each breakfast thing you'll think of, lunch was extraordinary which you chose from a standard menu although twice a week it was a buffet fashion, we favored this as you'll just get bits of everything you needed.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: the location was great. the beach was beautiful. there are a number of great restaurants within walking distance or a short cab ride away. the staff went out of their way to be helpful.
Cons: service at Salt Plage was occasionally a bit slow
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We stayed in the Ocean Suite room which was just amazing - beautiful views of the ocean from the lounge and bedroom. It was quite expensive but we thought it was worth the extra money. The beach area by the hotel is small but there was plenty of space for loungers. The staff were super friendly and the on site restaurant Salt Plage serves delicious food.
Cons: It would have been good if they had more food in the Mini Mart as the nearest supermarket isn't that nearby, they also ran out of water on one of the days. The on site restaurant is a little pricey but worth it for the views and quality of food.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: amazing location
Cons: a little dated
Excellent 9.0
Pros: A superb hotel right on the beach with excellent staff and plenty of sunbeds put out as guests arrived at the beach. The rooms were kept spotless throughout by cheerful housekeeping staff. The gardens offer a nice alternative to the beach with a clean pool and small lawns. Our room was on the upper floor and had nice views of the beach but some rooms on the gardens were very shaded and needed lights on all day. Salt Plage is a good quality restaurant attached to the hotel but like all places in Antigua is not cheap. Breakfast is £15pp, a bar snack runs out at around £20pp and a 2 course meal double that. There is not much in the way of shops & restaurants close to the hotel and a car is worth hiring but be warned that the roads and traffic are not what you might be used to.
Cons: Dickenson Beach is close to St John's and seems to be the place for taxis to bring cruise liner tourists for their day on the beach. The sun beds and umbrellas are rented out to them and it can get crowded. The beach attendants do their best to prioritise hotel guests and make sure that they have somewhere to sit but there is a tendency to squash them in. Some days the non residents outnumbered the guests by 3:1.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Had an early flight did not use breakfast.
Cons: No Comment.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: I didn't like the mornig staff on the 27th of December 2020 they give me and my girlfriend bad services and not only other guest as well

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good location, helpful and friendly staff, lovely views. Quiet as adults only.
Cons: The property is a little tired and the bathrooms could do with an upgrade.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff was warm and friendly and very accomodating especially with dietary needs and allergies.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff was friendly and very professional we had a little hickup with our credit cards and Tara who was at the front was very professional in helping us to deal with the situation she was very pleasant
Cons: The food menu needs a little work
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and supportive in attending to any needs and queries.
Good 6.0
Pros: Nice pool , bar, outlook, restaurant
Cons: Rooms a bit dark and dingy (on ground floor) . Showers low pressure and cool water. Food was ok but with a bit of effort could be really good. Very limited lunch offer of snacks etc. Drinks use watered down rum because of all inclusive
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Really lovely pool and a real community feel amongst the guests. We really liked the location of the hotel; we were close to St John where there are lots of lovely restaurants, but it was still quiet and peaceful. A lot of the best beaches were the other side of the island, however it only took 40 minutes to get from one end to the other, so if you rent a car this is really not a problem.
Cons: We chose to just have breakfast at the hotel rather than all inclusive as we wanted to explore the island. This was the best option but we had a meal at the hotel the first night whilst we got our bearings and the food was ok, but it wasn't good value for money. Similar with the drinks, so if you plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel I would recommend opting for all inclusive.
Good 6.0
Pros: The hotel location was nice and the pool was excellent. The beach was very clean. The staff were all lovely.
Cons: The facilities were a little dated. The food at the restaurant was expensive, not worth the price. The AC in the room was not great and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
Good 6.0
Pros: Wifi in rooms & outside areas Near the airport Room spacious Friendly staff Price Good sized pool Intimate private beach Ideal for just needing a place to sleep while exploring the island or visiting family & friends
Cons: No Tea/Coffee Facilities in room Would of preferred buffet service food rather than table service No baked beans with full English breakfast No decent snacks in between meals 1 x evening entertainment throughout 7 night stay No daytime activities including exercise Luke warm shower Restaurant service very slow & waited 1.5 hours for a burger Only 1 x bar person which made it awkward to order drinks and put off drinking in general as service was very slow. Room door very hard to open/lock 4 course dinner too much/ buffet would offer more variety and quicker to get fed No Antiqua dishes on AIl inclusive menu Not much to do here unless you have a car rental Music played in bar/restaurant was very poor, would of preferred more local sounds No Atmosphere and quite boring if only staying in the hotel
Excellent 10.0
Ocean Point is a really nice resort. The prices were excellent, the location was great, and the beach and pool was really nice.
Excellent 10.0
I was so pleased with this accommodation I can’t say enough about it. I highly recommend Oceanpoint resort you’ll love it. It is a quaint unassuming Gem on the island!
Excellent 10.0
I cannot express how astounding the inn and island is, I fallen in cherish with Antigua additionally it’s individuals, I got companions with the local people and they go over and past for you. The lodging and its nourishment where sublime. The staff where ever so supportive and no matter what you required they made beyond any doubt you got it. I utilized the pool once the complete occasion. Since the ocean and shoreline is fair on the lodgings doorstep, snorkeling circular the rocks is incredible and you regularly see the expansive Barracuda. Make beyond any doubt you go on a pontoon trip in the event that you visit. And make beyond any doubt you investigate all the shorelines you'll have. Each one is so much distinctive from the following. My favorite being carefree shoreline.
Excellent 10.0
This resort was perfect for guests who want to be left alone to chill. Restaurant staff were great, especially Debbie. Chef was brilliant and good at his job, food delicious! Empty plates were never left in front of you for very long, very good service. Quiet in the evenings, one night with music which is perfect for guests who don't want thumping music every night. The management and team were lovely, always spoke and passed the time of day with guests, a very nice touch. The sales manager Rossana was very helpful and sorted out our room preference before we arrived, lovely lad. The resort was exceptionally clean and tidy, everything in its place and checked regularly. Beach towels were not really towels, they were just covers for loungers so take your own! Plenty of beds and shades, always available any time of day which was a nice change. All in all, a nice chilled place to be, will be booking again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I highly recommend it. Kindness, respect and service of the hotel staff is excellent. It is a very quiet place with a beautiful sea view and many details for the convenience of guests. CONGRATULATIONS! NICCOLÓ AND HIS TEAM ARE THE BEST!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was great! Staff was very nice! The restaurant was amazing! I was with a friend and we really enjoyed our stay! Thanks to Rossana we were able to book the best tours ever! Very clean and great location! I would love to come back!!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Close proximity to the beach, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Relaxing hotel, great views of the beach. Would recommend.

Okay 5.0
Pros: close to the area
Cons: no first aid kit on site
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very large comfortable room. Efficient air conditioning. $16 per person breakfast very poor. Very nice bay view.
Cons: $16 breakfast very poor and not worth it at half the price.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location is brilliant. View from the rooms at the top of the hill is stunning.
Cons: There is a steep hill to walk up. But you can get the staff to take you up/down in the golf buggy.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I love the yacht club. It was perfect. Close to the beach and restaurants..
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was very spacious and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchenette and a huge terrace/balcony with views out to sea. The room really exceeded my expectations. Leon behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and just a 10 min walk from Pidgeon Point beach which was lovely. We used the gym which was extremely well-equipped. We ate at Cloggy's across the road twice and it was delicious and relatively well-priced.
Cons: The bar opposite (which is also owned by the yacht club I believe) played the loudest music EVER. It honestly felt like it was happening inside our room - the shutters were vibrating and earplugs were useless against the throbbing beats! We thanked our lucky stars the music ended at 10pm because of curfew - otherwise we would have had to find somewhere else to stay for the remaining nights.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellent location for the marina and near the shops and eateries of Falmouth Harbour. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and happy to help with any problems.
Cons: The bar/restaurant on the marina is very close to the hotel and can be very noisy some evenings and can be heard inside the rooms facing the front. This was not a problem for me as there was still an 11.00pm curfew in place when I visited.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: comfortable room good air conditioning
Cons: shower door a little temperamental (room 21)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: located near the top of the Resort. room 39 was excellent value, spacious, clean, comfortable, good air condition, large balcony overlooking Falmouth Harbour. As the season doesn’t really get going until start of December only a few restaurants were open nearby but2 stood out (Cloggys and Paparazzi Pizza). Pigeon Beach is only 700m walk away which is excellent with a choice a beach bar and beachside restuarant at each end.
Cons: we noted that some of the reviews expressed concern over the steep walk up to reach the higher apartments but the Reception do have a golf buggy to run guests up and down if they are not able to walk for any reason.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Our stay was perfect from customer service to comfort of accommodations with spectacular views! Couldnt have been any better!

Pros: Beach was fantastic, food and entertainment was good, great balcony with ocean views
Cons: rooms were appalling, worst i have stayed in. Tiny, cramped, 30 year old TV, dirty, all concrete everywhere in the room. No bedside tables. Bathroom awful. You would get back to your room at 5 in the evening to find the cleaners just about to do your room, when you wanted to get ready for the evening. System of having to queue in the morning to book a restaurant, which then were hardly ever available was rubbish. Having to pay for WIFI and a room safe, which has always been free elsewhere.
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff were excellent and friendly
Cons: fridge in room
Okay 4.0

Good 7.0
Pros: Location on a beautiful beach. The food was fresh, varied and plentiful. The staff were excellent.
Cons: The resort is a little dated and tatty. The rooms are quite basic and the room towels have seen better days. Beach and pool beds with an umbrella were 'reserved' from 6am even though no one was sitting at them til at least 9am...
Good 7.0
Pros: The food was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpfull.
Cons: Being charge an extra $75.00 for a 6pm check out whiles my booking contract says that I could check out up to 8.00pm. The WIFI was not very good giving problems with booking in with the airline. The beach was not cleaned every day. The sort of cleaning happened once in 7 days and not very good clean up. There was a lot of sea weed in the water and on the beach. Should have been dealt with.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Beach, eating options, gardens and the staff who were all very attentive and helpful.
Cons: Room (2243) tired. Maybe one of the older buildings. Good bed and nice balcony
Excellent 10.0
Jolly beach is a joy! We read the reviews against this place and we were a little worried but fortunately everything went well from the beginning. The staff was friendly, the food was excellent and the drinks were of excellent quality. The beach was very nice. We will always remember to work with that heat, we would never have succeeded. The smaller pool was closed during our vacation, but the larger one was open. The setting is magnificent, there are many activities during the day and at night, and I made some wonderful friendships with the staff I will never forget. Congratulations to all, great job!
Excellent 9.7
My favourite place in the world. Friendly, laid back and such lovely staff, been 11 times over the years!!! Rooms basic but very clean and comfortable. Food great. And the beach the best ever.

Good 7.0
Pros: Staff are great. Very friendly. The location is good for my work. But very noisy so not for everyone.
Cons: The lift didn't work. Not good if you're on the 3rd floor. The fittings, particularly the shower, are getting very dated.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great value for the price plus breakfast was included
Cons: Slow elevator
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good hotel in the middle of town, close to shops and restaurants. After reading the reviews I asked for a quiet room and they were happy to give me one on the opposite site of the infamous shop/bar. Rooms and appliances a bit old but clean. Very courteous, reliable staff.
Cons: The balcony door didn't close properly, I could lock it but there remained a small gap through which the street noise and some mosquitos came inside. Breakfast was decent but not all items had been brought out yet at 7 AM, so maybe get there a bit later.
Good 7.5
Pros: Staff are friendly & helpful. Gave me a booster when the Wi-Fi failed. Good for directions too.
Cons: Above the world's loudest bar. Luckily the music stopped about 9. Then the 'heated arguments started. Bath/shower could do with updating, as could the number of useable plug points.
Excellent 9.5
Fabulous experience! Staff is fantastic! Rooms are huge and the suites are amazing. The view from the suites look out to the pier.
Good 6.2
Pros: convenient location
Cons: too many roaches.

Pros: Not much of a breakfast ,2 slices of toast with a small yoghurt
Cons: The beach , the breakfast , all restaurants closed
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The beach scenery
Cons: The cable wasnt working that good .
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The customer service, quiet and relaxing space. Perfext for couples. The staff went all out to make our stay memorable!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was amazing. Collin drove me on his boat to pigeon beach and came back to get me when I was done. They have kayaks too!
Okay 5.0
Pros: Staff was super nice. The beach was not bad - it was literally right out your doorstep, which was nice
Cons: Super overpriced for what you get. Our room was dim, the air conditioner was underwhelming, and the room was dim and depressing. You couldn't close the windows all the way so the only way to keep the AC in was to close the shades, which made it very dark and depressing. For what we paid I expected a LOT more.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Free kayaks, helpful front desk with ease and good deal to rent a car, friendly atmosphere including with other guests. COVID safe with strict protocol.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was amazing .. kelvin is the best if you get the pleasure of meeting him! Definitely worth every penny. Got to walk out barefoot right on to the sand to the beach. Wish I could wake up there every morning! Knowing that it is locally owned, confirmed the decision for me!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The property is exceptionally well located, it has excellent staff that will go the extra mile to make your holiday even more special. Free to use kayaks and small sail boats. Delicious pool and balconies facing the most beautiful bay. Fiona and her staff are all friendly, kind and willing to help. The rooms are well equipped, loads of local restaurants and shops around. Definitely the best part of the island to stay.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Catamaran was better than I expected. It was very clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was quick and easy. The water/beach front was a few steps from the room door and it was a beautiful site. Lots of activities to do (sailing, canoeing, hiking, etc) via the friendly hotel staff. Other beautiful beaches were near by and it was only a 15- 20 minute drive to the capital (St. John’s). Hope to visit again real soon.
Cons: Would like to see some new screens for the window.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We stayed only one night while traveling between islands. It was great and we would return.
Cons: There was no drinking water or food available. We walked to a grocery store to buy some of both.

Pros: Room 30 was a lovely big room with enormous balcony with a fabulous view, sofa, coffee table super king bed and we also had a kitchenette with kettle and fridge. Couldn’t fault the room. Cocktails were great and happy hour is from 5-7 Good value for money
Cons: Sunday lunch perhaps not the best time to eat as restaurant was very busy and service extremely slow. Saturday night has great service All the sun loungers taken by the cabin crew..

Very well maintained property. Good ambiance . Nice staff and good service . Pool side is good and well maintained . Food is awesome . Nice choice of food . Palace for kids to enjoy . . A home away from home.
Good 6.7
i liked that check in was easy although not really computerized. My card was already charged by the hotel two weeks before i traveled, which is ridiculous, yet they had me write my card information on a form. As far as I'm concerned, for security reasons, anyone can access this. When i finally got to the room, it is big with a king size bed. There was an empty plugged in refrigerator abd two glasses. i received an envelope from the receptionist and in it was a welcome aboard letter. online the hotel describes itself as all inclusive......lie. Some things are free (meals and some amenities and some alcohol). A bottle of water is not. That of course makes no sense. If you are at certain areas on the grounds you have no wifi, which includes your rooms. The towels are no longer white and seem to be at least 20 years old. They are even fraying. No face rag is given to you. The only power plug is in tge bathroom. This place needs a great improvement/upgrade and is located next to Sandals. The housecleaning crews are uniformless so you don't know who you dealing with. The price per day is more than what i paid at an all inclusive hotels in the Dominican republic with nightly entertainment and they are a 5-star hotel with room service. These are not offered here. We received 10 tv channels and many are not in English.
Good 7.4
Pros: Great Saff
Cons: Place needs some upgrades
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: The beach was the only beautiful part of this resort. Though there tended to be more seaweed in the water than any other beach, even with Sandals right next door
Cons: Although the resort was inexpensive, the value for the money was miserable. Unfriendly staff, sub-par food, and not much to do activity wise. I woke up in the middle of the night extremely thirsty but found that there was zero access to water anywhere on the resort. I, as well as many other guests I spoke with, will not be returning.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff were so welcoming and would go out of there way for you. Special mention to Diarra, for everything she did for me!
Cons: I felt it was a little dated and in need of a touch up.
Good 7.9
Pros: Convenient for one night in transit
Excellent 8.0
Pros: On our 4th day in, the restaurant opened under new management. We had some of the best meals at Nigel's - it is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Len-Roy and Oliver were absolutely amazing to visit with!! Made our stay super enjoyable - wish we could have met them earlier in our trip. Definitely returning.
Cons: I can't really complain about anything - everyone was really nice. I like that it's a small, quaint hotel and we met some new friends during our stay there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, both in the hotel and the restaurant. Lunch was delicious and the service was swift. Room is well equipped with a microwave, fridge and kettle. It feels like a quiet, green oasis depsite being close to a main road. I have stayed in at least a dozen different hotels in Antigua over the past 25 years and, for the price, this one is exceptional.
Cons: Shower/ bathroom are rather dated.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The staff
Cons: The location is quite a long way from anywhere the room was very poor and badly maintained
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Staff very helpful and happy to go the extra distance to make your stay. Location close to large supermarket, cinema and Beach close by.
Cons: You get for what you pay for in Antigua, it works for us but others may what more luxurious settings, but that comes with a price.
Okay 4.5
