The hotel staff was amazing, but the mattresses and carpet definitely need to be updated.
Asked for upper floor and view of the Arch and it was a beautiful view. Ruth’s Chris was excellent. Staff was friendly. This was the kind of stay where we were sad to say goodbye at checkout! Highly recommend.
Not enough staff. Poor responses. Restaurants closed during major event & not a lot around the area.

Cons (-) We checked in around 7pm. And the room had but been base up at. Just left as the last guest left it, dirty towels on the floor, dirty glasses, unmade bed etc. I informed staff, just asking them to make up the room while we went for dinner, since we just checked in and obviously wasn't done.
