Asked for upper floor and view of the Arch and it was a beautiful view. Ruth’s Chris was excellent. Staff was friendly. This was the kind of stay where we were sad to say goodbye at checkout! Highly recommend.

Cons (-) Booked the highest level room available as I hoped to have a view of The Arch from my room (many of the reviews I read indicated they were given rooms without a view). Cons (-) We checked in around 7pm. And the room had but been base up at. Just left as the last guest left it, dirty towels on the floor, dirty glasses, unmade bed etc. I informed staff, just asking them to make up the room while we went for dinner, since we just checked in and obviously wasn't done. Pros (+) Nice view and good customer service
Cons (-) Room was not thoroughly cleaned; magazines on floor behind desk and bathroom shower/tub was not clean. While showering, was very discussed to find hairs on the shower walls etc of previous occupants. Called housekeeping and they did come to clean bathroom.
