Bad check in experience. Dirty ancient aircraft. Truly awful food and this in Business/ First class.
Flight was delayed “due to earlier delays of that plane”, so we were nearly three hours late.
Crew was amazing, takeoff wonderful. The bathroom was disgusting from before takeoff the odor made the flight uncomfortable as you could smell the bathroom from the center of the plane where we were sitting. Smelled like raw sewage. My daughter was throwing up as we landed due to the smell and horrible turbulence as we approached Newark.
Airport terminal was outdated, flight was on a small jet with no wifi
Essy to get on. The hostess gave very little pop, the plane was late getting in, and we are still waiting for our bags. This sucks. :/
Lately I like the planes have been exceptionally filthy. There’s lines of dust and dirt all across the ceiling in the vents, and the cracks in between the seats are literally full of food. It’s definitely not the quality of service that I was used to with United. I’m also very disappointed with the Wi-Fi! All I wanna do is knock out a few work jobs while I’m trapped in my seat And it spools so bad. They did provide me with a refund, but the process of getting that refund is so complicated. It’s unfortunate.

Short flight - no food understandable. Flight was delayed for over an hour. Overall, it was good.
We boarded and buckled and then deplaned due to no pilot. Had to wait over 3 hours for a new pilot. Not weather related, just poor management.
Last minute gate change nearly caused us to miss our flight. Change was not announced or displayed in the main board at the old gate. Terrible communication. When we landed we had to wait 20 minutes because there was another plane at the assigned gate. Not the crew’s fault, but adding 20 minutes to a 45 minute flight sucked.
Lounge was top notch h with great variety of food and drinks. Cabin crew were great. Smooth flight.
My seat 3G did not go down fully and the buttons were not working properly
Food was the worst I’ve had on a VA flight. Normally it’s a lot better

Unfortunately delayed 2 hrs due to faulty tyre.. which had to be changed, but better safe than sorry.
Security area in terminal 3 needs to be made much nicer. Less claustrophobic and use of glass and big ceilings wouldhelp
accomodating check in staff, friendly flight crew ( a crew member was speaking tactlessly and was overfamiliar with passengers
Seats need to be updated. Allowance needs to be made for dinner service at an alternative time
The crew should demonstrate flexibility by moving a screaming infant to its own seat with 1 parent
If I could fly Virgin Atlantic airlines to every place, I need to go, I would. Leaving Heathrow through the special virgin air entrance, security is completely white glove service. I love this airline. From ticketing agents to flight staff everyone tries to make it a wonderful & happy flight experience. I wish other airlines copied the positive culture of Virgin Airlines.
The thing thy call a pizza was atrocious. Do not eat it. The seating is as usual for economy an experiment in cruel and unusual punishment that they aren't allowed to do to prisoners but you get to pay for it.
Didn't make it to this flight as we sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours.
The crew was first rate. They allowed me to switch my middle seat to an isle seat and it made my flight home so much more comfortable.
Everything went very smoothly I loved having the earphones and the blanket and the staff was just super friendly
I was advertised a free seat selection for a "Smart" fare through BusinessClass.com. I was never able to select a seat. I thus paid extra for a bill of goods I was never provided. would love to speak with a representative of Kayak
Overall good. We weren't able to find out about food options for the flight and there was nothing I could eat due to allergies. The biggest problem was getting our checked bag at Logan. Waited an hour!
I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the services of the airline since flying is not my favorite thing. My goal was to be with my brother's family in Manchester after his death. All staff was helpful, the food appreciated since I selected an overnight flight. Every aspect of the experience was comforting. I plan to return to Manchester in order to attend my brother's funeral in October and hope that I am able to find a reasonable priced flight. Thank you

Flight was cancelled. There were no Aer Lingus reps to help. I had to rebook my flight and find a hotel. Still had nothing from the airline.
As with most flights these days it was delayed by about 30 min.
We called Kayak for a change due to the TSA situation in Atlanta. What we got was a canceled return flight (in error) and we had to find the mistake. Not happy with Kayak who blamed it on AA.

This flight captain and crew were amazing, started ahead of time of departure and reached 30 mins before arrival time. Amazing!
Improvements in communication and empathy are absolutely necessary for American Airlines staff (top down). It’s like they are numb to the needs of their customers.
I like the speed of boarding and deplaning and the fact that everything was on time. The crew (attendants) were probably quite new and did not begin the in cabin service until 30 min before landing even though there was little to no air turbulence for the last 1.5 hours of the flight. It made for a mad scramble at the end to get trash collected and carts stowed before touch down.
The flights was delayed by hours and it was the firmest landing I have experienced in my life. My back is still sore.
I did like the employee's, they are very friendly and all smiled most of the time, Overall, from checking in bags to getting on plane, not enough employees to be able to get all on the plane, therefore I was not able to get on the plane, due to no one wea there for me to check in my bag, so I decided to go thru the security point and by the time they were done with my bags, I was told that my bag cannot be checked in, and then found out that the lady that does the check in was boarding the customers onto the plane, she said that she was going back and fourth, there for was not able to get on the plane, which changed all my flights by the time I got to Dallas, I was on standby 3 times, and wasn't sure about being able to get on the fourth plane, so ended up buying another plane ticket, so I could make my destination on time.
Not sure about entertainment as I didn't use any, so maybe there should be an NA option on this survey. Otherwise everything was just as it should be. Of course I wish planes were more comfortable and had seats that would tilt back further.
You're asking 2 different questions. The flight from Los Angeles to London (and from London to Faro) was on British Airways. Those flights were awful. The app didn't provide detailed information, the WiFi that I paid for didn't work, the form I had to fill out to re-enter the UK was not communicated clearly so I nearly missed my flight. British Airways is significantly behind every other airline I've traveled in every way. American Airlines flight form London to Los Angeles was great. In the future, I will avoid flying British Airways when I can.
Premium economy was not what was shown, no leg riser, seats were broken and do not recline more than economy, food, we couldn't eat it was so bad, no menu 1 item and it sucked.
British Airways is very good... Taxiing after landing took 35 minutes, can't really blame the airline but the terrible infrastructure at JFK.
Our section of the aircraft in premium economy was very cold. We asked the attendants twice to raise the heat but it never happened. Even with the blanket it was chilly for 10 1/2 hours
Because kayak scammed me with false advertisement saying 23kg was included but I ended up having to pay another £200
The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.
It makes no sense for several types of drinks to already be out of stock in the middle of the flight.
I have a walker I need it to get from the plane to customs and baggage claim. It had a huge orange tag on it saying it should be given to me as I got off the plane. It was not and the flight staff didn’t know where it was—both on my flight to London and on the return. In It was very frustrating
Great until k found out they never got my check bags onto the plane.
They ran out of earphones so my 3rd daughter couldn’t use the on board entertainment the entire flight. They also ran out of food choices (chicken or cheese) by the time they got to the last few rows, so my oldest daughter, wasn’t given a choice. Luckily she isn’t a vegetarian because they only had chicken left.
