Pros (+) The customer service was ok.
Cons (-) Very squeezed rooms, wi-fi didn't work, lower overal quality in comparison to other competitively priced hotels of the same tier we have visited.
Pros (+) The price was low, and they didn't give me a hassle about an extended checkout. There was plenty of parking behind the hotel. It's right on I-95, so it's a convenient location.
Cons (-) The front desk staff was standing around bickering with each other while a line of people were waiting to check in. I found long black hairs in my bed and my towels. I don't think the top cover on the beds had been washed in a long time, there were crusty stains on it. Gross!
