Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful and unique castle location, friendly and helpful staff, and the overall atmosphere that made for a memorable stay. Many enjoyed the breakfast and found the beds comfortable. However, some guests noted issues with cleanliness in certain rooms, maintenance problems, and noise from creaky floors. While the exterior and communal areas impressed, a few felt the interior decor and room upkeep could be improved. Overall, the positive experiences with service and the castle ambiance outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
