The hotel was really helpful and supportive when my bag was lost by the airline. Kind, empathic and efficient helping with calls and translation. Really thankful!

Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. The breakfast received high marks for its variety and quality, with several guests calling it wonderful or perfect. Cleanliness and the overall condition of the rooms were positively noted by many guests, with some highlighting the quiet and cozy atmosphere. Comfortable beds were also a recurring positive theme. Some negative feedback included small room and bathroom sizes, occasional issues with amenities, and crowded breakfast areas, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experience reported by most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
