Guests consistently praised the hotel's charming historic atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff, and convenient location close to local attractions. Many enjoyed the on-site restaurant, describing meals as exceptional or delicious. While the ambiance and service stood out, some guests noted issues with room comfort, such as soft beds, noise from adjacent rooms, and lack of air conditioning.
