Many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness, citing issues such as dirty rooms, unwashed linens, and unmaintained bathrooms. Several reviews also mentioned problems with the bathroom facilities, including lack of water, broken fixtures, and unpleasant odors. However, the service was frequently praised, with staff described as friendly, responsive, and helpful. Room size and bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms minimalistic or beds uncomfortable, while others found them adequate.
