Toilet didn’t flush… I got it to flush and it was clogged. Room and common areas not clean, holes in the wall of bathroom, towel holder missing. Not worth the money. Chose it because of the Hilton name but didn’t look like it.

Cons (-) We had thee immediate issues at check-in. The price was not as quoted by the Internet nor when we called the facility. The explanation was “they should have told you”. When we pushed, we were told it was a security deposit for incidentals. (New one for me). 2nd, we saw 8 signs to not forget to get our warm cookie. Pros (+) It was a nice facility. Staff were friendly. Pool was nice.
Cons (-) Staff were very poorly trained, almost every step of the way things were done poorly or incorrectly. They didn't have my reservation which was made through this booking agency so we were told we'd have to find another hotel with out kids. No apology. Pros (+) Everything was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We requested a pack n playfoe our room for our baby, which was promptly delivered. The bar/restaurant downstairs is HAPPENING and very loud, but seemed family friendly enough.
Cons (-) Balconies on our rooms were nice, but faced a wall. Noisy high traffic area, but if you're looking to stay close to the airport it's totally fine. Rooms are on the small side, so was a bit tough with a young child in tow.

Pros (+) Staff there was extremely helpful and friendly. Even with a booking error on my end, they were right there helping me resolve it and getting us to our room as fast as possible. Definitely recommend staying here and will the next time I'm in town for work or leisure.

Pros (+) Location and available transportation to airport
Cons (-) Stayed at this hotel due to early international flight out the next morning was assigned a room as close to the interstate highway as possible. Needless to say we didn't sleep all night. We were told the hotel was only at 70% occupancy so don't understand why we were given such s terrible room other than booking with Kyak rather than Hilton direct.

Pros (+) The staff member (Marcell) was the most professional hotel staff, very nice and we felt so welcomed thanks to Him!! The room was okay, clean and was nice to go on a quick trip. The price was perfect!!

Cons (-) right by freeway, no mention of that anywhere. VERY LOUD FREEWAY. they gave us earplugs ... its just kindle a crappy chain hotel. yuk.
