Needs improvements but GOOD!
Lucia is in the club suite access and the breakfast and her customer service was excellent. She was very attentive and organized, we appreciated everything she provided and went above and beyond during our stay. The bed was very comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful. Very quit inside, except in the entrance it seemsd that people did not respect the smoking areas because on several occasions there was always someone smoking right outside the entrance. Making it hard to avoid, and causing my allergies to react
The cleanliness could improve, we saw a couple of ants in the restroom and the curtains were stained and the restroom floor was also stained. I would suggest they do a thorough cleaning including the floors and linens to improve the rating of the hotel. There is a lot is smokers that stay there because it smelled a lot like smoke.
Kayak charged my credit card for a room at the Sheraton, but there were no rooms available. Kayak's resolution? They would credit the money back to my credit card in three to five business days. Kayak left me high and dry without a room. We had to call surrounding hotels to find one with a room available. Other hotels kayak listed as available were also overbooked. Do not trust Kayak. If you do you will lose a lot of sleep.
They front desk at the Sheraton bent over backwards to help us find another place to stay. I cannot say enough about how helpful they were when this was not their problem.

The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean.
Housekeeping tried to get in our room 3 times while there. O ly one of the times was an actual legitomate housekeeping time. On the cleaning list our room was listed as vacant even though we were there for 3 days. We had do not disturb sign on door but that didnt stop them from trying to get in only one of the staff members seemed to care that this bothered us even yhough we complained about this daily. Alao when we checked in, we overheard another guest complain that housekeeping took all of their stuff and hey didnt seem to care muh about that either. Wifi was only free in certain rooms; ours was not one of them. Nothing was free there. For the price we paid, i expected a lot more from the hotel. I will never stay again
