Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the scenic location, calm atmosphere, and friendly staff at the resort. However, many reviews highlighted significant drawbacks such as poor service, lack of cleanliness, and disappointing amenities. Several guests found the value for money lacking due to high prices for food and facilities, and many encountered issues with room maintenance, hot water, and unresponsive staff. The location was described as remote, which was a mixed point depending on guest preferences. Overall, while some enjoyed the natural beauty and staff friendliness, most felt the experience did not justify the cost.
