The AC unit did not work In the room, the room was muggy it took all day until finally i complained and got a room chance. There was no hand or face towels only bath towels. Getting to the hotel was a hassle for taxi drivers and some uber. We called the front desk to help with our bags and no one came. They didn’t offer to bring ur bags to ur room, and it was all cobblestone roads and that made it...

Pros (+) Somewhat close to the airport and central bus station.
Cons (-) - Front desk gave me the room key for an occupied room. I arrived late and opened the door and found a scared hotel guest in his bed. No apology was made for this dangerous error. - overly dated rooms. - stained bed sheets - front staff never made wake up call Overall, not worth the stay and you are better off paying a little bit more for the Best Western Inn.

Pros (+) stafff bent over backwards and i dont speak spanish, its like a huge spanish villa, everyting you need in the resort, the rooms were huge witha balcony and amazing views of the city and a very low price , 20 mins into downtown... great room service.... would come back just to stay here
Cons (-) a nightmare too find but not their fault the roads got rebuilt
