The AC unit did not work In the room, the room was muggy it took all day until finally i complained and got a room chance. There was no hand or face towels only bath towels. Getting to the hotel was a hassle for taxi drivers and some uber. We called the front desk to help with our bags and no one came. They didn’t offer to bring ur bags to ur room, and it was all cobblestone roads and that made it...
