Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the friendly and attentive service, highlighting positive experiences with staff at check-in and throughout their stay. The large public bath (大浴場) was a standout feature, appreciated for its cleanliness, amenities, and relaxing atmosphere, though some noted it was far from rooms or had limited hours. Cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was often mentioned positively, even in an older building. Breakfast received favorable comments for taste and quality. The location was generally convenient, though a few found it a bit far from the station, mitigated by a shuttle service. Some guests mentioned minor issues with room facilities or amenities, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives.AI-generated from customer reviews
