Pros (+) The staff are friendly. It's very inexpensive, so you can spend your travel budget on other things like good food.
Cons (-) When it's warm out there is apparently a rooftop area, but in the winter there are ZERO public areas to sit around. Want to take out a bento box to eat at your hotel? Forget it, there isn't a table or chair to sit on. They provide a tiny hand towel, but it's almost unusable for showering.
