Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near metro stations and airport shuttles, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many reviews highlight the traditional Japanese style and overall cleanliness. However, several guests found the rooms to be very small and sometimes uncomfortable for groups, and some felt the value for the price was lacking, especially given the size and amenities. Despite these drawbacks, the positive atmosphere and service left a good impression on many visitors.
