Pros (+) We didn't get much sleep due to our neighbors being loud, it carried on into the morning and I finally called the desk hoping they would come speak with them. They didn't speak to the neighbors, but did comp our room.
Cons (-) The carpet in the elevators was dated and peeling up, also found mold in the shower.
