I chose the location because it was across the street from the train station. They offered a "nice breakfast" for $30, so I went elsewhere.
I surprisingly had a less than wonderful mattress. They left a fictitious statement under my door during the night. They added their 'Urban Fee" AKA Resort Tax despite their assurance that they wouldn't, which I verified on check-in. I've asked for them to credit my account, and if it doesn't happen soon will open a fraud complaint with my bank.
Ambiace of space abd great food
Fiod was but more expensuve, however amount of food and qualury made up for that
The bed was nice and comfortable and the staff was excellent..super clean..would definitely stay again
Would have liked to keep the room price around $250 after taxes
Staff was courteous and room was large and comfortable. The location was ideal for a tourist arriving by train.
When I arrived they couldn't find my pre-paid reservation on the system and I was lucky I had the confirmation on my phone's email or I might have been in trouble. The lobby was huge and busy and it was hard to figure out where to check in.
