My only complaint is that despite my Marriott status and being a Marriott cardholder, they only gave me an extended checkout that was 30 min later than the normal one. Also the toiletries in the lobby are WAY overpriced. You charged my husband $3.50 for 2 advil pills. That’s ridiculous.

Cons (-) The smell of human waste greeted us when we went into our room. I’m not a building mechanic, but I think there may have been something wrong with the plumbing’s ventilation system. We told the staff who”s solution was to spray air freshener, which is fine until the freshener stops freshening. Everything else was fine. But having to walk into your room and smell

Pros (+) Such a cool hotel with great rooms. Only stayed one night but it was a great stay. The staff was friendly and everything was clean.
