The bed was fantastic, room was spotless, and the staff was amazing
The smell of human waste greeted us when we went into our room. I’m not a building mechanic, but I think there may have been something wrong with the plumbing’s ventilation system. We told the staff who”s solution was to spray air freshener, which is fine until the freshener stops freshening. Everything else was fine. But having to walk into your room and smell
Super swanky cool
Such a cool hotel with great rooms. Only stayed one night but it was a great stay. The staff was friendly and everything was clean.
Everything was great..
Not enough parking lot at the basement.
The Hotel is located on a corner, and has a gym that over looks the road on the ground floor. There is a bar and a small breakfast area on the ground floor. My room was on the 6th floor, it was quiet, modern, excellent work area, and internet was fast. Usual excellent bed, coffee machine worked, fridge was cold, shower could have been a bit more water pressure but did the job.
For the price $100 I could not fault it.
The hotel was located very close to the University of Arizona which was the purpose of our visit so it was very convenient. The free underground parking was a nice amenity and the staff allowed us to leave our vehicle parked for several hours even after we had checked out so that we could finish our visit. The beds were very comfortable and the environmental controls worked well. Free wi-fi.
While the rooms were clean, there appeared to be some maintenance or remodeling that was not yet complete. The ceiling panels looked like they might fall at any moment - not a very comfortable feeling when you're sleeping right under them. We liked the split bathroom but there was only one light switch that controlled both sides so when you turned on the light for the inner chamber, the outer one (which was open to the sleeping area) came on as well. Not so nice for using the bathroom/shower while others are trying to sleep. There was only one nightstand to service both queen beds and no additional shelving so the people sleeping next to the wall had no place to put overnight items.
