Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location and breathtaking views, especially from rooms with terraces or jacuzzis. Many found the staff at reception and service to be friendly and helpful. The overall atmosphere is described as pleasant and inviting, with several guests enjoying the unique Maltese balconies and rooftop amenities. However, there are recurring complaints about breakfast quality and arrangements, as well as some concerns regarding cleanliness and noise in certain rooms. Despite these issues, the positive aspects, particularly the location and views, stand out in the reviews.
