Hotels near Van airport

Pros: Dinner and breakfast were really good, hammam and swimming pool is free and nice

Cons: 5 star hotel could be cleaner, room was smoke free but it was smoked through. Light on the balcony was not working.

Pros: The roomservice was very nice.

Cons: The hotel didn't have a pick-up service from the airport.

Pros: One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. My room was superb; fabulous bathroom with a huge balcony! All the staff are extremely professional and friendly. Especially the two hotel managers who helped me organise a reliable driver for sightseeing. Great facilities - including a nice swimming pool area. Amazing breakfast. Cleanliness top notch too. Highly recommend!

Cons: no bar for pre- or after-dinner drinks

Cons: Far from the city centre, breakfast was poor a 5 star hotel with bad service, the bathroom is too small, the door from the bathroom was not working, the staff not so profesional.

Pros: Clean and big room, good breakfast, good location, nice saunas.

Cons: Was expecting better english speaking people i hotel, but still managable

Defalarca bu oteli kullanıp memnun kalmamıza rağmen ; Kaldığımız odanın lavabosu çok kötüydü hem koku vardı hem de sigarasız oda olmasına rağmen yan odaların kokusu olacak demek ki epey sigara kokuyordu. Ayrıca banyo gideri tıkalıydı duş alınınca su doluyordu banyo. Onun dışında bir eksik yok.

Pros: Apart from the spacious room, we liked our window view to the big mosque. Even more beautiful was the view on the terrace of the rooftop breakfast room, that extends to the mountains and the Van Lake. The variety at the breakfast buffet was ample and we could even order eggs to our taste, which we appreciated. The location was quiet and we had good nights sleep. If ever in Van again, we would return to Dosco again.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The breakfast was more than expectation, the staff are friendly and helpful, but no one can speak English. Tea is served free in lobby. Even a table tennis in the lobby :)

Cons: The rooms are not big enough (beds occupy the most space). No staff can speak English. The parking is just out there in the back and is not proprietary. WiFi exists but disconnects periodically.

Pros: A great option for visiting Van. It's situated centrally and close to the sights in Van city. The room we had was spacious and lovely and warm (for winter). Great value for money.

Pros: It was clean well located. Across the street from a good coffee shop and near a Migros. Staff were generally helpful

Cons: Given Covid-19 most hotels in Turkey take measures to safeguard food by putting up a glass barrier and having staff serve guests individually. However, the way it is set up at this hotel is very odd and only promotes crowding around the buffet area - which is especially disconcerting when mask-wearing is NOT enforced on the premises.

Cons: We didn't find something in room that they should be there. The Room was smoking place before.

Cons: It was expensive compared to any hotel with that quality level. Breakfast was good but did not meet my expectations especially in a well known city of Van with its breakfast

Pros: The hotel is located on a central street, and therefore it is easy to walk around. Considering this year COVID-19 situation the hotel was very well prepared to handle this, therefore we felt absolutely safe there, which is an important factor.

Cons: We haven't found anything we did not like really. It is a city hotel and better suited for short business visits, rather than holiday, however we new that from the start and we were not disappointed at all.

Pros: The staff was very accommodating amd extremely attentive.

Cons: The free breakfast was very limited. I had to order room service breakfast to be satisfied.
