Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently compliment the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, central location close to attractions and restaurants, and the quality of breakfast and dinner. However, there are repeated complaints about cleanliness in some rooms and bathrooms, uncomfortable mattresses, and occasional issues with amenities like the gym, pool, and parking. While many appreciate the overall atmosphere and service, improvements in room maintenance and comfort are suggested.
