The room was clean and big.
The breakfast was poor and we had to wait for food.
central location, confort of rooms, lunch
a little bit dark inside the hotel
The location and the views were excellent. It was very good value.
The promised wired internet access in the room did not work, but luckily I could pick up a wireless connection. The breakfast was poor.
The staff and room views. Car parking fcing the main hotel entrance - excellent!
Scrambled eggs not available for breakfast.
The hotel was excellent value, it was right in the centre of the town of Veliko Tarnovo, with amazing views across the Yantra river gorge. Rooms, all from what I could see, were on the back of the hotel, with good views, and were quiet, clean, modern, and comfortable, and the mini-bar charged very reasonable prices too! I would definitely stay there again if I had the opportunity and the price was right again.
As the hotel was built on the side of a hill, all the rooms and facilities on a lower level than the entrance and reception, although still high above the river with fantastic view. However this meant that the floor numbering, particularly in the lift, was rather confusing. Signposting to facilities was not terribly clear and there were plenty of unnecessary steps to fall up or down, in corridors where the lights turned on automatically just that little bit too late! Breakfast was good and plentiful, in a lovely setting, but food and hot drinks were not always as hot as they should be. The tea was pre-made and horrible! These are small complaints, as overall, we loved the hotel and considered it a major highlight of our trip.
the view of the bathroom is great.staff is very friendly and the rooms are very large
heating system was not working at optimum parameters and the room was cold.
I liked the spectacular view from the room and the pleasant neighbourhood:shops, restaurants.
In some "passing" areas of the complex, it was bit cold.
I found most of the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The view from the dining room and bedrooms is spectacular. The menu in the restaurant is varied and I had a a couple of very tasy meals there
The staff in the Lobby Bar were young and rather rude. Didnt seem interested in the customers needs
Facilities were good and the staff were very friendly
Beautiful views, very friendly helpful staff, very clean and comfortable rooms and good pool, fitness and health and beauty facilities. Overall it is an excellent hotel and I hope to stay there again next year.
