Pros (+) We had a warm welcome from one of the staff (he offered us drinks and all), the house is beautiful and super clean, the room was comfortable and practical: desk, lots of lamps, dustbin, mirror,... The place feels really safe and they even gave us really great addresses of restaurants (and a map of the city, things to see...)!
Cons (-) It is kind of noisy: you can hear everything people say in the other rooms, the train (but it is not so annoying) and the locks and doors opening and closing. But the worst thing is the breakfast: we were told it was available from 8:30 to 10:30 (which we found a bit late, since most places to visit open at 8:30), but when we got there, no one was there and nothing was ready.
