4.0 Mediocre
Pros:The convenience of having a place for breakfast without having to go out of the hotel. The young woman who cleaned our room on Thursday was very nice and answered our questions. There was no coffee maker and then management has the audacity to put a laminated memo about if items are taken from the room.
Cons:The mattress and pillows could be better especially the pillows they truly suck. The front desk could be more customer friendly. There should be a traffic light at the exit entrance of the hotel It’s a dangerous intersection where the hotel is located in Vineland.

Pros:The customer service provided by the African American receptionist was a breath of fresh air after the way the Manager treated us. WE had requested an early check in as we were part of a bridal party at 1pm. When we reached there at 1230, the manager was unwilling and said that there is no way that is happening and the latest may be is 130 and not guaranteed as the check is only at 3pm. After she left we talked to the African American receptionist who was very courteous and guess what she got us the two rooms in 15 minutes.
Cons:The way we were treated by the manager on duty.

Pros:The facilities were very clean, the exterior side entrance was keyed and carpeted stairs to the second level were a nice touch. The Ramada is very close to Route 55, which was a great bonus, but also a few miles from Parvin State Park cabins where the rest of the family was staying.
Cons:We thought we were coming to the same free breakfast situation as last year, we were only offered $5 towards our two breakfasts at ihop.

Cons:Rooms were extremely dirty with stains on the walls, linens, furniture, and floors. Entire hotel smelled very bad and the hotel made it worse by attempting to cover up the smell by literally hand spraying the entire carpets with fragrance. This only made the smell worse. Also the non smoking rules are not enforced. Our room had cigarrete burns in the carpet. Other rooms smelled like smoke. One entire hallway smelled like Marijuana! Also, the guy at the front desk made a mistake and did not prgram our rooms keys correctly resulting in our

Cons:With one person at the desk at 10:30 P.M. we waited in line to check in for 30 minutes only to get a smokey room with a bathtub filled with dried vomit. Hauled all our things back to lobby to experience a wait which I politely excused myself to cut in about our previous wait and poor room. The lady checking us in was in control, but not pleasant. She called and woke us to check if our new room was adequate. While checking out the next morning, there were 3 people working and no line. Sorry, but this was not a pleasant experience for my sister and I.

Pros:Dinner in the main dinning room was great. I would recommend it highly. The complimentary breakfast was also noteworthy.
Cons:We were originally given a non-smoking room that had just been converted from a smoking room. The odor gave my wife and I a headache after just a few minutes in the room. The receptionist reluctantly gave us another room. The next room didn't have a coffee maker although all the ingredients necessary for coffee were there. The TV remotes in all the rooms were the least intuitive I've ever used. There weren't enough electrical outlets to plug in the desk lamp. The lock on the bathroom door was missing parts and didn't work properly.
