Pros (+) The staff was helpful and accommodating in trying to fix all problems.
Cons (-) The hot water did not work in my first room and the room itself was freezing. When I changed rooms, the toilet seat was broken, and I was woken up by an arguing family across the hallway. All aspects of my stay were uncomfortable.

Cons (-) Hotel smelled of stale smoke in hallways and inside room. Was offered to change rooms to only have the other room smell just as bad.

Pros (+) The room was spacious and the staff was always friendly.
Cons (-) I never expect too much from continental breakfasts, but this one was pretty pitiful. It consisted of coffee, hot chocolate, tea, oatmeal, granola bars, and fruit. Additionally the beds were fine, but a little firm for my taste.
