Pros: Rooms have tubs, there is adjacent parking, a good - not great - buffet breakfast, a good value in a pretty expensive town. I have stayed here three times so I must like it!
Cons: A little off the beaten track but it is possible to walk into town. There is an easy bus into town as well.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Clean room and spaces.
Cons: The taste of the hotel is very particular. No US plug. So if you bring a shaver, you are in trouble. The hotel directory in the room was not coherent. It was written the gym was openned untill 10pm and when you arrive their, it was open only untill 9 pm. The room door didn’t close totally so I had to make sure it would close behind me. In order to access to the wifi, I had to proceed to certain pages that the receptionist didn’t give at check-in. NO COMPLIMENTARY WATER. I’ve been to many other places with better amenities and at least a welcoming water.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: For this price it’s a good option for trip to Donostia - clean and with parking accessible by elevator.

Pros: I loved the views and the decor in the communal areas.
Cons: It was very expensive. We paid €90 for 2 breakfasts each for our two day stay. They did not tell us the price before. Breakfast was meant to be at 7:00am but a lot of it did not arrive until 7:20am. We had to leave to catch a train so ended up being very rushed. The selection of food is also very limited.

The evening came on with a thousand lights and the spectacle was really pleasant sitting comfortably on the bed. The staff was very kind and very patient despite our language problems. The breakfast was varied and of excellent quality, served in a beautiful room by the pool and overlooking the city. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
Cons: Nothing.

7.9 Good
Pros: Very clean and tidy
Cons: They didn’t have any coffee or tea making facilities so every time we wanted one we have to pay for one.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are gorgeous and plenty big for European style hotels. The staff was very helpful and as a bonus they spoke many languages.
Cons: I requested a king size bed when I first booked and got a room with two beds pushed together with individual sheeting (not conducive for snuggling). My shower door was only a half door so there was an ocean in the bathroom after we were finished. The last night we tried to sleep earlier so we could leave early the next day but it seemed there was a comedy club right above us until around 2 AM.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Amenities eg: room service, bike hire. Friendly welcoming staff.
Cons: A bit far from the main areas near beach and old town however close to sporting area which I liked.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff. Great breakfast.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Same barman since 1990! And he remembered us from a number of visits - the previous one being some five years ago!
Cons: The bar decor has been updated with disastrous results.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: The hotel is a bit far away from any of the tourist attractions and restaurants. It is amid a very busy intersection of town making it convenient to get to if you are driving. The downside is the traffic noise is incredibly loud all night long.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Reception staff could not have been more friendly and more helpful. They should be highly appreciated as they made the hotel exceptional rather than just excellent! Rooms were of nice size, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Barman in the Piano Bar was superb too. Only complaint / constructive comment really was that the plastic furniture cheapened the Piano Bar considerably. If the furniture was more like eg soft sofas we would have stayed for more than one drink. Other than that we were all more than impressed with the hotel. Thank you all!!
Cons: Sorry see above.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It is very good and we were able to rest properly. Very near a bus stop that can bring you to the center.
Cons: Noisy people on the other room but it’s not really the hotel’s fault.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel in a great location, gorgeous decor.
Cons: Tv in the room was supposed to be digital but wasn’t working. Small thing BUT for the money ( expensive) basic services should be there. When we complained ( we like a late night movie) didn’t receive any apologies merely defensive comment ( the service is a complimentary service at the hotels discretion) I didn’t like that.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The perfect location, impeccable service, very good Vietnamese restaurant on the premises. Rooms are very large with everything you need.
Cons: Absolutely nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: That it’s pet friendly. Staff is very attentive and excellent location... we’ll definitely be back!

They have air conditioning, direct telephone, satellite TV and Canal Plus, safe, free WiFi Internet and bathroom with hairdryer and magnifying mirror. Among its services we highlight free WiFi Internet, a social lounge, dry cleaning and private parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was comfortable, clean and had good facilities. Just a short bus ride or a 20 minute walk to the Old Town, and just a few minutes away from the beach. But what really made it special was the staff, who were friendly, professional and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Nothing, it was all good.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our Springer Spaniel was made very welcome at this hotel. On check-in he was given his very own blanket!
Cons: The bedroom was far too hot and there seemed no way to adjust the heating. As the hôtel is on a busy main road we couldn’t leave the window open either. I slept badly as a result. Such a shame as the bed was very comfortable so no complaints there.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Love the location in the Antiguo district, and the hotel is right in front of a bus stop and a just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The staff was very helpful, and the woman in the coffee shop/restaurant was a whirl of efficiency. Our room was very comfortable (except for what I’ve noted below) and had a great view. And the price was very favorable for San Sebastian for this time of year.
Cons: The only negative in what would otherwise be a rave review is that the temperature in the rooms cannot be controlled by the guest. Heating (and air conditioning in summer) is centrally controlled and cannot be changed. Our room was a hot box. The only remedy that the hotel could suggest was closing the heating vent, but even when closed, the slats of the vent still let plenty of heat through. We left the windows open all day (outside temperatures were 7-13 C), but we had to close them at night because of the noise of the street outside, and by the small hours we were both waking up, hot and sweaty. If you like very warm indoor temperatures, though, this won’t bother you.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Even though the location is a bit far from city-center but local buses are convenient to reach the center. There is a supermarket near the hotel. The parking is not so bad.
Cons: It was a bit noisy outside even in mid-night by road cleaning or something.
4.5 Okay
Pros: off street parking
Cons: too far from old town; poor bar/dining facilities and grumpy receptionist

Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Cons: The only downside is being but on the 6th floor and the room next to the elevator as you here it all night
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was small but clean and comfortable.
Cons: One concierge asked me to move my car after I had been told that I could keep it in front of the hotel. I was only told that I had to move it after I returned from a meal in the evening. Luckily I hadn't been drinking! He then told me to park it in some obscure parking station that I was unable to locate. I resorted to parking it in the street where the same man told me that it would be okay until 9am the next morning. At 8 am I went to move the car and discovered a parking ticket.....
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: The air conditioner was not working well. The street was under construction and wasn’t easy to access the hotel
8.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We ere treated to an extra special breakfast in a lovely environment. we were close to the down town attractions and the staff oriented us well on what to see, where to park and how to make the most of our experience. Bathroom was large and well appointed.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, walking distance to beach, restaurants and old town. We had a room in the back building. Room was very spacious and quiet. Was nice that we could hear birds chirping in the evening. Great rain water shower head. Very nice and comfortable common areas. Staff were all very polite, helpful and professional.
Cons: The carpet in the room was looking a bit old. Maybe time to replace or just replace with a hard floor? Just a suggestion. Also, would be nice to have USB charging port in room.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed at Villa Soro for 4 nights. The main building is elegant with a very warm atmosphere. I had a corner room on the first floor of the newer building which had it owns semi-private outdoor space. Both were nice. The bedroom and bathroom were of good size and quite utilitarian. The newer house has no street noise, though the area is sufficiently quiet that I would be surprised if the original house is affected by traffic noise. The staff is very polite and helpful. I chose to stay at the Villa as I thought I might find interesting people with whom to talk. Breakfast seemed like an obvious time but the bar is actually pretty lively at night. My wish was fulfilled. Members of The Morgan Motor Club were there with their glorious convertibles (British racing green, of course) and there were 2 architects from Stockholm on their way to Bilbao.
Cons: My bathroom was not adequately cleaned. I suppose this was due to the maid believing that Americans only take showers. However, there were enough clues that I take baths. The tub wasn't cleaned (or not to my standards) and neither q-tips nor hand soap were replaced in a timely matter.. I found there was too much noise transmitted from the room or rooms above which may have been just the luck of the draw in whose overhead. Note that this really is a residential area and you will have a good 30 minute walk to the bus station or even most restaurants.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful!! Totally recommend

Pros: everything, clean, comfortable, lovely beds and a bath..though not a lot of hot water..beautiful views
Cons: waiting around to get in after a long tiring journey..we weren't that late ...could do with more electric sockets..especially in the kitchen space
10.0 Excellent
Pros: made our own
Cons: nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The appartment is very comfortable and well equipped. It is spacious and the view from the terrace is magnificent, watching the sunsets! The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful!
Cons: It is rather far from the city centre, for an evening stroll to some nice restaurant downtown. Terraces of neighbouring apartments adjoin and if you have noisy neighbors don't plan to sleep. You only get two tablets for a dishwasher, regardless the length of your stay. The charge for dog is rather steep, 16,50 per day!

The hotel is modern, perfectly maintained and amazingly clean! The location is just a 15 minute walk to the beach and La Perla, shops and amazing restaurants. Free parking under the hotel and elevator to the reception is just perfect! We will be back!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location for train, shopping, 10-15 min walk to beach and old town (tapas areas). Secure underground parking with access into the hotel by lift. V friendly staff & modern comforts. Only “pitfall” is the hotel is near a road so you hear some road noise in some rooms. But double glazing is pretty good.
6.0 Good
Cons: We felt that on booking we would have been informed that the bar & restaurant would not be open on New year's eve , so unable to get a meal or drinks at the hotel

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very solid and comfortable hotel. Rooms with safety box, good Wi-Fi, and minibar. The decoration of the rooms very modern and we had a balcony with a small table and two chairs, to sit and relax with the view of a lovely part of the city. It is very close to Ondarreta Beach, which by the way is huge and stunning! It has a fitness center that we did not use. We didn't have breakfast because of our tight schedule. Good beds and pillows. I recommend this hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful
Cons: Building work made for a very early wake up call! Swimming pool was not in use, location of hotel was a long walk into town and taxis were around 10€ each way
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has a great team here and they do anything to make your stay as great as it can be. We had a small problem with our room and we were moved hassle free to a better room. You can easily get around to places like the beach and the old town. Just be prepared to do a good walk or use local transport.
Cons: Nothing to really dislike. There were renovations going on so this was a slight inconvenience when we wanted a bit of quiet time during the day but we just made the most of heading into San Sebastián and the beach.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Buffet breakfast was excellent quality and choice. Bathrooms had al toiletries and hair dryer Iron & Ironing board in the room
Cons: Just a little out of the city, but there is a bus stop outside the hotel to get into the centre, also it is a nice walk along the promenade for those who enjoy it

Pros: It’s fairly easy to get downtown. The room was clean and nicely furnished, modern.
Cons: The gym is old and needs refurbishing. No towels or water available.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great room, comfortable and clean
Cons: Location could be better
6.0 Good
Pros: Overall Clean hotel and efficient and pleasant staff. Probably a good enough hotel for business guests on a one night stopover etc but not as an introduction to San Sebastián, however it was our fault for choosing this one based on the hotel description. Bus stop located outside the hotel is very useful for going into town (no’s 5 & 25) , it takes 7-10 mins depending on where you’re going . Buy a bus card (9-12trips) that you can share. Alternatively pay (€1.80 single journey)
Cons: The Room being described as “superior” when it was a basic “double room” with balcony . The breakfast was NOT a 4star quality , choice of food or location .
7.5 Good
Pros: Location, parking super good. Room is standard equipped. Everything was clean and in good shape. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Room size also good. Recommend this hotel.
Cons: Maybe it is the southern temperament, but the staff was really rude. They helped me but the way they communicate is very disturbing! It seems they don’t like you to be there. Reception as well as roomservice phone call.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff
Cons: Hotel was further out of the town than I expected the bar wasn't always open and not a great arrange of drinks
