Location was good. Room was spacious with a lot of facilities like washing machine and dryer. Would definitely stay with Quest in the future.
Breakfast was good and nutritious.
The staff was excellent, room spacious tidy had all amenities you could want
Great location especially as we were going on the Interislander ferry. Apartment was very comfortable with plenty of space great for friends travelling together. Easy walking distance to explore the city. Simon was very helpful.
We were unfamiliar with the Quest chain before booking our little “apartment” in Wellington, and I didn’t read all the fine print when making our reservation. So we were surprised by how much we got. The unit really did feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. The tiny kitchen was remarkably well-equipped, and while we did no real cooking, we got breakfast provisions at the excellent New World grocery store a few blocks away, and we enjoyed two good takeaway meals in the comfort of our living quarters. The built-in washer/dryer and complimentary laundry detergent (ingeniously fitted into the bathroom!) enabled us to do all our laundry. And the bed was extraordinarily comfortable. While this Quest is not in the center of town, we could easily walk to everything in 20-25 minutes, and its location is much closer to the inter-island ferry, which we were catching. We were grateful to have such an excellent base for exploring the capital.
It would have been nice to have a few more hooks in the room, to hang things from.
