Pros (+) Liked the comfortable king sized bed and close proximity to kettle moraine national forest.
Cons (-) The customer service was lacking. There seemed to be no one at the desk unless you called out and got people to get off their cell phones. When I asked for a map of kettle moraine national forest the person behind the counter simple said that they didn't have one. Only after inquiring where to get a map did he offer poor suggestions.
