Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved everything about my stay. And the location was amazing.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Covid so no amenities. Location is great.
Cons: If they’re stating that they’re cleaning better than before covid.. then I’d hate to see how nasty this place was before hand. Night lights in bathroom won’t work, exhaust fan doesn’t work. Can lights starting to fall out of the ceiling door bumper fell out of the wall. Hair in the tub food in the furniture. I thought it was a pull out sofa only reason I found all the food. I wasn’t looking for any faults with this place. Check In time 4pm we got here 730ish plenty of time for them to attempt to clean.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) had a great stay at World Mark in a 2 bedroom unit. It was a great amount of space for us with 1 twin bedroom and 1 master with its own bathroom. The small living/dining area was good to relax in and the kitchen was stocked enough to make some simples meals. It was nice to not have to eat out every day. There was even a washer/dryer in unit so we didn't have to pack as much. We walked to the market a few blocks away. Everything in town was pretty close so location was good as well. Definitely recommend a stay here, esp if traveling with a family. They even had a murphy bed in the living room, in case you had 2 more guests.
Cons: Dishwashing machine wasn't working well in our unit so we mostly had to hand wash the dishes, not a huge deal.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The rooms are big, include kitchens and very clean. The interior facing one are quiet and away from snowmobile noise.
Cons: You must pay for the WiFi daily, which given the room cost, seems ridiculous. Also, there is no pool or hot tub currently and no notice of this issue until you arrive.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: 3 Separate Sleeping Areas, Full Kitchen and Two Bathrooms, Living Room with Fire Place.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was very clean and the staff was very friendly
Cons: I didn’t like that the roads were icy and we couldn’t even park we got stuck, just wish they could clean the parking lot.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved having the room to spread out and have a kitchen for meals. The pool and hot tubs were great.
Okay 5.1
Pros: Staff was very friendly & helpful
Cons: Pool too cold & spa gave us skin irritations! November is bad time to go ! All is closed in town , Park is closed even in North Entrance !! RCI told us it was open !! It snowed almost every day, too cold for outdoor activities ! we wasted 6 h driving for nothing !! Very dissatisfied with our stay !!

Excellent 8.0
Pros: The Crosswinds inn was very convenient for our Yellowstone trip! I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the beds! The shower felt amazing after a long day of traveling and it felt clean enough to not worry about going barefoot! Overall it was perfect for what I needed and I would definitely stay again!
Cons: Contrary to the information I saw online they do not allow pets anymore! They had several signs in the lobby indicating this. I was able to show the employee at the desk where I saw that they were listed as pet friendly and thankfully he did allow my dog to stay. My guess is that information will be fixed and pets may not be accepted in the future!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The rooms are newly renovated with very stylish furnishings and fixtures. We had stayed at a 4 star hotel just before this one and the Crosswinds was so much more nicer. The staff was so friendly towards our entire family.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location and breakfast
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We liked that there was a good selection of breakfast foods and that they kept serving till 10. The kids always liked what they had. We also enjoyed the pool quite a bit. Most nights, the water was warm, so the kids spent a couple of hours every night.
Cons: Not much.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beautiful, comfortable room. Cozy and warm on the cold nights.
Cons: A bit pricy for the accommodations. It is a tourist town, though. Pillows and towels seemed well worn. The pillows were flat or lumpy.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nicely updated, great breakfast, wonderful staff, great location.
Cons: Internet was super slow, at least in our room. No fan in the shower toilet room. Walls were kind of thin.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast is the best ever. Room is very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and professional. Staff will respond quickly with any issue.
Cons: WiFi is very painfully slow. Aircon in Room 316, when on an cooling mode is blowing air that smells like a wet rag.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was beyond my expectations. In fact, this hotel and its staff were way better than a lot of 5-star hotels and their staff. Loved our stay there.
Cons: None
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location. Great people. Great room. Great experience.
Excellent 10.0
Nice breakfast Great beds Complimentary cookies Great staff
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The rooms are spacious, updated and clean.
Cons: The hotel is on the main road and trucks noise can be bothersome during night.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location to downtown and getting in and out of Yellowstone was excellent.
Cons: Our TV reception kept going out. The hotel has Directv and ours kept experiencing signal loss about every 5 - 10 minutes. It was kinda of annoying.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The following are things that I liked best about this hotel, Crosswinds Inn--location (i.e. proximity to West Entrance and walkability to downtown Yellowstone venues, kind staff, cleanliness, great breakfast, all day hot drinks (i.e. coffee & tea) & Safe!
Cons: No, everything was excellent!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good hot breakfast options. Room was comfortable. Location near the road so some noise but close to market, kids park.
Cons: Road noise.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was super close to entrance to Yellowstone and in a very cute town. Full breakfast was also a plus and the pool.
Cons: No
Excellent 9.0
Pros: very friendly check in, he moved us to a room on the first floor so I wouldn't have to hobble up the stairs. We called the front desk when our tv wasn't working, he came right over and tried to reset it. Breakfast layout was quite nice.
Cons: The TV did not work. The owner came and tried to reset it, but it only lasted 10 minutes and went out again. It would be nice if they could get a tv provider that worked in the area. But they are in the middle of no where.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was an amazing hotel, very clean, great location. Staff was friendly. Very nice
Cons: No, everything was great
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location, comfortable beds,
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Super clean! Great breakfast to go (in times of Covid).
Cons: Nothing. We had a great stay
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Clean room with all the amenitieswe needed. Free breakfast.
Cons: That we paid $200 for the same room that when we chexked in others wer calling on the phone and paying $110.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was great. Breakfast was fine.
Cons: The price was very high,$---,but it was the day after the total eclipse.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location was good. Centrally located. The breakfast was average but about what we expected. The rooms were clean but had a musty smell to them. It was slightly above average.
Cons: The room smell was bad. Had to leave the door open for a couple of hours to get the odor out. Other than that it was average

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Super clean room, comfortable bed and great location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The cutest, cleanest room! Comfy bed, very nice shower/bathroom, lots of easily walkable restaurants. The perfect home base to explore Yellowstone! This place really looked so much cuter/well-kept than most other motels in town. The heater worked really well which was so lovely considering we stayed during a snow storm. Good selection of pastries and tea in the lobby each morning. Also, the large pine tree near our room smelled so nice, my husband and I commented on it every time we talked past :)
Cons: I wish there were nightstands on both sides of the bed, instead of just one side. I had to set my phone/books/tea on the floor on my side of the bed, mildly inconvenient. I also wish we had a microwave in our room (Perhaps there was one in the lobby and I just didn't notice it).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was great ! My favorite Motel so far in the USA.
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.0
Cons: Very small room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, affordable price, nice decorations!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Decor was terrific, spotless, high end bedding, great mattress, walking distance from center of town....I was so impressed by this re-vamped 90 year old motel
Cons: WiFi connection was not so good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This place is absolutely amazing. The person who checked us  in was very professional.  This hotel spared no expense in renovating these beautiful rooms. The bed was very comfy. The decor made this place feel very special.
Cons: The only thing that would be an improvement would be having a microwave in the room (I think it was in a separate building that was close by but it wasn't that big of a deal for our short stay).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was so clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated too.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, it's also a few minutes from the park entrance.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff wasn’t very friendly I know they book up but not need to be short with people. Hotel clean cute in a good location
Cons: Not microwave to heat up food. Staff was not really friendly
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff is very friendly. location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: So quaint, clean and great location!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Evergreen is a hidden gem! What a cozy little motel - updated and spotless, with exceptional staff. We only stayed one night and loved it so much we tried to book another night, but it was already sold out.
Cons: The TV reception wasn’t great, but there was so much to see and do within walking distance that it really doesn’t matter. The shower is very small but it gets the job done.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location, good value, rooms are nice and customer service was good. I don't normally stay at motels but in this case, I think it was nicer than most hotels!
Cons: The flower pots hanging from the room in the parking lot are stupid low, I hit my head on one like...3 times.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The decor and the cozy feeling in the room. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Wood have been nice to have a microwave.
Good 6.0
Pros: Nice Decor and good coffee in the lobby
Cons: No WIFI is unacceptable!

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: No comment
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Kids loved the pool and game room! S’mores kit was a fun thing to do at night! Perfect location for everything we wanted to do.
Cons: Should have told you you have to pay for the stuffed animal that was in the room. Or just give you a smaller one for free. Not really that big of a deal though! No hot chocolate..had to go to Grey Wolf to get some.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff is super friendly they have these cool changing lights in the pool and hot tub that my kids loved. from 5 PM to 11 PM they have s’more kit so you can go outside on the fire and roast. And they have the best shampoo and conditioner eucalyptus my favorite. they have really cool gaming room down in the basement with a whole bunch of different games to play and Xbox just a cool little area for kids to hang out. they have free washer and dryer to wash clothes. overall great place to stay.
Cons: honestly nothing to complain about.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff there was amazing. I loved every bit of their help.
Cons: A minor complaint - the fitness center didn¿t open until 7.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, very good recommendations from them about how to visit the park. Hotel is close to the west entrance, would recommend.
Cons: Poor breakfast choices. No hot breakfast. Cereal and fruit, some muffins, that's it. Maybe I stayed during off season?
Good 7.0
Pros: Rooms were nice, beds were good. S’mores were fun.
Cons: Only two complaints are the breakfast was all cold nothing hot, for price of room I expected more but this could be because of covid still. It snowed while we were there, they didn’t have a shovel to clear the entry.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was great! The staff was the friendliest and most welcoming of any place I’ve ever stayed! The beds pillows were amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was very nice! Smores for the kids at night by fire pit! Bathrooms have large bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body wash🙌🏻 If I could give this place 10+ stars I would!! Would def stay again! Thank you for an amazing stay!
Cons: Nothing! Perfect 5 stars++++
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Welcoming staff and cleanliness of rooms.
Cons: Small lobby, would be nice to have extra firepit or outside area to sit and relax.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location and cleanliness.
Cons: I am sick of motels using Covid-19 as an excuse not to serve a warm breakfast or daily housekeeping.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Absolutely the friendliest staff of ANY hotel I have ever stayed. The room was clean with good quality soaps and lots of amenities. Free bikes, Ice Cream social and Fire pit with smores in the evening just capped off our amazing experience!! LOVED IT!!
Cons: Not a thing!
Good 6.0
Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: High price and hotel tried to impose a hotel fee for amenities without prior notice.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location
Cons: The breakfast was the worst. The only thing that you can eat was bananas and yogurt. Shampoo, body lotion, was with strong terrible smell. We did not have the internet on second and next day.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Was not open and I was charged anyway, said I would get refund and only received 1/2 the amount.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hot tub, pool, and beds.
Poor 1.0
Pros: nothing
Cons: when we arrived he gave us kes to roon 220. we went up, I inserted key in the door and it opened, there was a man and woman standing inside. we were all shocked. we went back to the lobby.we told the fellow there was someone already in 220.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The house keepers where great a wealth of information
Cons: You could hear everything from the hallway - and need another toaster in breakfast room one for 100 people is not practical
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Breakfast/internet
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The location was perfect, we were able to walk to places in Weat Yellowstone for dinner and shopping. And it's really close to the Grizzly and Wolf center! We arrived early and they were very accommodating in letting us check in. Staff very friendly and attentive to our needs.
Cons: For the amount spent for each night it would've been nice to have more selections for breakfast. We knew beforehand that it was a limited selection so we were prepared with other snacks we brought. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!
Okay 5.7
Pros: The hotel had air conditioning.
Cons: It look at least five attempts to open the room with the card key.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Early breakfast is a great thing! There were less food options this time than I remembered from many stays in the past. We understand the difficulties of the last 2 years and am confident you can recover. We'll keep coming back.
Cons: Every thing was great..
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Really great rooms. Clean and comfortable
Cons: Pool was really cold
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was excellent.
Cons: The breakfast was marginal. The room was not the room we were led to believe we had booked. According to the web site the room had a dinette and no free breakfast because of the dinette. Instead we had a regular room with bunk beds and charged extra.
Excellent 9.6
This is a great headquarters for Yellowstone. I just wish they had a gym.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was clean and cozy and the staff was very friendly. Location was awesome...close to everything. Oh and it was pet friendly ♥️
Cons: A bit pricey at $250 a night.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: ABSOLUTELY ENJOYED our stay at this SUPERB hotel from Oct 3-Oct 7...!!! Excellent location, just few minutes’ walking distance from prominent attractions including the “ Welcome to Montana” sign, the park’s West entrance, etc ...and also many popular restaurants. ... The Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center was right across the street and the IMAX was just one minute from this hotel.... !!! Hotel ambience was wonderful and the daily free hot breakfast buffet was delightful and sumptuous with plenty of healthy and tasty options. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juices were available 24 hours which was a big plus point .... since we could sit and relax in the lounge late evenings after long hours of sightseeing.... The hotel staff were very welcoming and always helpful with everything. We especially want to express our sincere thanks to the wonderful lady at the Front Desk/Lobby 🙏🙏...She was always very helpful and allowed us to check in two hours early . She had also arranged in advance a free pickup ride for us from the airport .... and again arranged a free ride to the airport from the hotel on the third day ... since we decided to pick up a rental car from there for just one day, as we already had 2 full day tours booked with the Yellowstone Vacation Tours and needed rental car only for one day. Our room was very clean and cozy and came with amenities like free WiFi, microwave, fridge, etc. DEFINITELY will stay at this hotel during future visits to Yellowstone....👌👌🙏🙏👌👌
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10.0
Cons: A mini store would be nicer than vending machines
Excellent 9.2
The host made our stay very pleasant experience, they are super nice people, kept the room and entire facility very clean and superb cook -- great breakfast
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was well kept and pleasant, rooms were better then expected. Would stay there again!
Excellent 10.0
I highly recommend staying in this hotel. Staff were all friendly, housekeeping people were respectful and accompdating. Most of all, I got the comfort I needed after a long tiring day from discoveries wonders of God’s creations in the park
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Nobody, including the front desk, was wearing mask. To each their own but they had signs saying mask required but the front desk didnt have any on and nobody asked the other guest, who were congregating in the lobby and hallways, to put on a mask.
Poor 1.0
Cons: Did not get the room I booked and was not offered anything in compensation although I drove 200 miles to have a jacuzzis sweet and didn’t get it. Unacceptable!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wonderful location to do winter tours. Walking distance to restaurant. Hotel room was very clean, hot water, spacious and functional. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Abundant parking. Somewhat street noise but it was in the center of town.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Huge room! Very comfortable beds. Great location!
Cons: Quite noisy in the morning with early risers.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Cleanliness, and location were great. Even with the pandemic limiting some services it it was fine.
Cons: No, I was very well taken care of.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location! Front desk personnel was extremely hospitable.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean. Pet friendly.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location And family friendly.
Cons: Breakfast adequate. But could’ve been better.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: The hotel is overly priced for the quality you receive. It's very old and has not been updated.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It’s location
Excellent 9.6
This hotel is nice. The bed and pillow is comfortable. Only bad thing is our shower makes a lot of noise and water is small.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Had to sleep in my RV it was so loud in the rooms with paper  thin walls. Staff did not care, not did they care when I stepped  on broken glass in their hall and ways. What a waste of $----for a room I didn’t even get to sleep in.
Good 6.0
Pros: Great location. Easy access to Yellowstone. In general the rooms and place were great. I would recommend bit the China Virus has everything screwed up.
Cons: If you have pets they won't let you leave them in room in crates. Even if your going out for dinner. They have no hot breakfast because of the China Virus, it's bagged snacks of what they want to give you. Housekeeping was to be desired. Specify, Specify!
Okay 5.0
Pros: Very clean, close to entrance of Yellowstone.
Cons: Overpriced for the room, and breakfast bags were terrible. Other hotels let us make our own breakfast bags, and still had warm options like waffles and pancakes during COVID. No toaster but they gave us bagels. It was awful and cheap.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The pool was great, the breakfast was very nice. Our kids were treated well by the staff, and the room was just fine.
Cons: Rooms could be updated
Excellent 8.2
Pros: If you are traveling to the Yellowstone, this maybe the best accommodation to do the loops of the park and get back to sleep the night and do it back and forth.
Cons: The price is very high, but it is probably the same with other hotels

Excellent 10.0
Cons: The room was perfect. Clean and has everything you need for a couple of nights stay
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing loving Place the make you not care for the 2 small things that could be improved. ( This is me just being picky)
Cons: The mattress can be slightly better but over all good. The shower can be a lot larger but is useful as it is.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The hotel was clean and cosy. A little small but very good.
Cons: A little small
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Clean
Cons: The bed is way too soft with no support at all, made back uncomfortable.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was cozy, clean, homey. The staff was super accommodating and friendly.
Cons: The shower is tiny.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Sound proofing was very bad. Wish staff wore masks due to COVID
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was a wonderful room - loved the beds and bedding and also hot water and just a great place. So very comfortable. The only thing that could be better is maybe a bit of a larger fridge.
Cons: Just maybe a bigger fridge. Lotion dispensers were empty and lotion with no smell would be better.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Loved the location. So many restaurants we could walk to and was right outside the entrance to Yellowstone. The room with 2 queen beds was a nice size and it was great having 2 sinks.
Cons: The water bottle refill station was just unfiltered tap water.
Okay 4.0
Cons: Motel 6 that cost $---/night
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The staff was nice, and the room was clean.
Cons: The bathroom and especially the shower was very small, most motor homes have larger ones. The air conditioning unit was super noisy, it made it difficult to sleep. For the price, it was a very poor value. The pictures of the room made it look much larger.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff was very pleasant and efficient. Everything was quite clean.
Cons: Room was very small. No microwave. Staff did not mask.
Good 6.0
Cons: Cleanliness
Good 6.0
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: No separation from the sinks and the sleeping areas: No privacy while grooming. The Wi-fi was hard to secure; kept going back to an open, risky connection. Pricey: high taxes and service fees. Advertised breakfast included, but only provided coffee.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is an absolutely charming inn!!! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The compact rooms had everything we needed. An added feature is a full-service coffee bar in the woodlands-themed lobby. Delightful stay!!!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Rooms recently remodeled, outside looks like cool old motel at a national park.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: great hotel best in west yellowstone
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I personally thought it was a bit over priced, but that's West Yellowstone for you!
Poor 1.0
Pros: The lobby deco
Cons: Everything else.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Not worth the price
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location was perfect for our needs!
Poor 1.0
Cons: No microwave at all. It is different from the advertisement. And staff doesn't offer help. They have microwave in their apartment but the manager won't let them help us.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great place to say. Clean rooms friendly staff , my only dislike rooms are too small beds are comfortable
Cons: Rooms too small
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very convenient location.
Cons: The showers were so small I could barely bend down and the oversized shower heads were not adjustable enough to rinse my legs
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location of this hotel in West Yellowstone and its proximity to Yellowstone park was excellent.
Cons: It was the smallest hotel rooms I have ever had and it was one of the highest prices I have ever paid for a hotel room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel is under starred. That price for a one star had me worried but I was so pleasantly surprised. It was newly remodeled, clean, many personal touches. Adorable. Great staff!
Cons: Nope. Nothing.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location to Yellowstone is perfect.
Cons: Small shower but we knew going in so no disappointment there.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was very close to Yellowstone west entrance and close to many restaurants.
Cons: We knew that kitchen is not there , but we were not told that we are not supposed do any sort of cooking when we called the hotel before booking. Any kind of cooking is prohibited and there is a fine of 250$ if we cook. Microwave oven is also not there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Bathroom was small, but not uncomfortably so. AC worked well and maintained a consistent room temperature. Internet connected quickly, and was reasonably fast. Big selection of TV channels. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good value. Convenient location, easy walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. If you recognize that this is an older, classic style (with real room keys) travel-motel, and have reasonable expectations, you will love this place!
Cons: Tight parking.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great log cabin, warm and comfy.
Cons: I like that it is warm, beds are comfortable .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My mom loved staying in the little cabin. It was just the right size, very comfortable beds, and a big shower! Situated in a great spot in town, so easy to get to and from the park!
Cons: No grab bar in the shower.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The cabins were very comfortable and a fun way to be close to Yellowstone National Park!
Cons: A bit inconvenient to not be near the main office, ice machine, etc.
Okay 5.0
Cons: Water temperature was so unpredictable for shower.
Good 7.0
Pros: We visited during COVID-19 pandemic. So having our cabin was a plus. We preferred not to be in hotel with shared hallway/elevator. Everything was clean and nice. Our cabin did not have common walls and was away from the street. We had no issue with any noise. In fact it was very cozy and silent. It had two rooms with queen beds. Both had heater and AC, TV. And a mini kitchen with microwave, mini fridge and a sink. No cooking though.
Cons: Matress was on the stiff side. Worse than the typical overnight hotels close to airports. If you stayed on Marriott, Hamptons etc inn, this cabin sleep is worse than those. It was expensice for the service. I'd say 30% overpriced. We really wanted to be in a cabin (not a hotel room) for safety and health reasons during pandemic. If it wasn't for that reason I'd stay in a different inn/motel with reasonable price.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Liked the two separate bedrooms and sitting room/kitchen layout. The area was very quiet.
Cons: A little pricey but I understand that this is a desirable vacation area at the end of the summer season.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The absolute cutest cabin!! Very spacious and clean. Location is great, can walk to all the main downtown streets. Felt very safe. Highly recommending these cabins to friends who are traveling to Yellowstone in the near future.
Cons: No huge issues. The pillows aren't the best but I feel like that's par for the course for most hotels.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Cute little cabin with two beds, one being in the main entrance/kitchen.
Cons: The location is a little noisy. I wish there was a couch in the main room instead of a second bed, it’s a little strange to have it in the kitchen. The bathroom needs updating.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location was ok.
Cons: Fire alarm was beeping regularly at night, had to call front desk come and help. Staffs are friendly though. Considering its still outside the park, the hotel itself is overpriced, more like a motel. Not sound-proof, heard neighbor snoring all the nigh
Good 6.0
Pros: Clean, cozy.
Cons: Way too expensive and Not 3 star as rated. Street Traffic right next to the cabin kept us awake all night. Too small for a family.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nothing special
Cons: Not worth 230.00 per night. Missing coffee pot, too cheap to put lights on sign outside cabins, and owner was very rude.
Okay 4.8
Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Very small unit. Spartan. Bathroom was walk in-back out.

Excellent 8.4
Room was on a very good location with access to restaurants and shopping. Set midway between the airport and city center. Would stay again. Breakfast was good with hot and cold items.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Awesome . Lobby with fireplace even coffee and latte in evening with s’mores !
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very pretty, bed very comfortable! Breakfast awesome with fireplace in lobby ! Has washer and dryer too
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Wifi was too slow. Less than 5 Mps download, less than 2 Mps upload. But, being an isolated small town, better service might not be available from their supplier.
Cons: Free use of laundry. They had 4 sets of washers and dryers. Detergent available at front desk.
Good 7.0
Pros: location
Cons: very poor breakfast for the price that you pay
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean.Welcoming. Convenient parking. Close to amenities.
Cons: Continental breakfast sparse. May be due to covid tho
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Convenience to Yellowstone
Cons: Lack of mask requirements. Lighting in parking lot was turned off at night(???). Hello, safety? Parking and drive between cabins and motel was very icy with no attempt to clear it. Side entrances to hotel very icy and difficult to walk on.
Good 7.0
Pros: Liked that they had free laundry, great location, helped us out with a rollaway bed. Staff was excellent. Loved the little thoughtful things like s’mores, propane fire pit, etc.
Cons: Breakfast needed some protein like hard-boiled eggs. Some things were falling apart (like hooks on doors, etc). Everything seemed heavily-used.
Good 7.0
Pros: Room was comfortable though they didn't have any King bed rooms available so had two queens. Close to the entrance to Yellowstone was a bonus.
Cons: The "breakfast" did not have any hot food options,
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Absolutely amazing room, great location!
Cons: Breakfast options were pretty minimal, even for a "continental" breakfast, but were ok.
Excellent 8.8
I was thrilled to find my room was clean and the location to Yellowstone is superb. It's walkable to the main stores of West Yellowstone. I would definitely recommend.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hot tub was nice after a day of hiking. Location was good- about 20 minute drive to Grand Loop. Breakfast was ok- bananas, Joghurt, coffee, small muffins. Staff was very nice and helpful. Ordered dinner to go from restaurant in town.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Very close to Yellowstone National park West entrance
Cons: Hotel is very old. Bathroom was discussing with stain and mold, paint peeling. Carpet smell. The free breakfast was barely a breakfast. I would NOT stay at this hotel again!
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location
Cons: There is no housekeeping for the room. Given the money we paid, the hotel was not worth it
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very close to West Entrance of Yellowstone & they gave us s¿mores.
Cons: N/a
Excellent 10.0
Cons: There wasn't much for breakfast
Excellent 10.0
What a great place! Perfectly located, very comfortable and ideal for a trip to West Yellowstone!
Excellent 10.0
With this being my first visit to Yellowstone, Gray Wolf Inn & Suites made it much more enjoyable. Their location to the park entrance, room rates, etc. were perfect. On my next trip to Yellowstone, I WILL DEFINITELY make reservations here.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was fantastic. Lots of room. Across the street from the Grizzy/Wolf center. Will definitely come back
Cons: Nope
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very comfortable beds, great location dog friendly with no extra fee
Excellent 9.6
Wife and I stayed for three night. I booked two different types of room and was told over the phone that I have to check out, clear out my stuff and check in again to go in a different room. I totally understand because I was not able to book the same room type because it was no longer available. That happened because we decided to add a third night near the arrival date. I arrived at the hotel and Brandon hooked me up so I kept the same room... such a relief! Thanks! Room was very clean and comfy. Got a nice view too! All the staff were very accommodating and very friendly. Shaun at the front desk recommended places and were super helpful. I found the place very convenient because there were 4 sets of washer/dryer that’s free to use. Laundry soap can be purchased at the front desk for $1 or you can bring your own! So cool! There’s also an underground parking that protects your car from being covered in snow. Also a good and warm place to load and unload. You can walk across the street to the Grizzly Wolf Discovery Center and McDonalds. Very close to shops and restaurants as well. We will definitely stay here again!
Excellent 10.0
This hotel was a very nice surprise in touristy West Yellowstone. The rooms are big, comfortable, have a good size fridge, big screen TV, lounge chair as well as office chair and desk. The place is clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nice hotel overall, quiet location yet close enough to everything. Staff was great.
Cons: Toilet seat would not stay up. Water faucets spray everywhere. Fitness center was completely closed instead of being cleaned for use despite the pool being open.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, we were really close to everything and their was a laundry facility with washers & dryers to use for no charge. This was such a wonderful help, allowing us to do our laundry for our extended vacation, and it was free to use. We totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area.
Cons: I didn’t have any complaints and don’t feel anything needs to be changed.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location was fantastic.
Cons: Called down for toilet paper and they never brought any up. Eventually had to walk down to the desk to get some. I wasn’t the only one asking for it.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location
Cons: No free breakfast
Excellent 9.7
Pros: This is our 3rd time staying at the Gray Wolf Inn and we love it. It's in the perfect location in West Yellowstone - close to the park entrance, an easy walk to restaurants and shopping and right across the street from the Grizzley and Wolf Discovery Center. The rooms are all very nice size, very clean and nicely decorated. The efficiency rooms are very large and offer a good sized kitchenette with dishwasher, stove, microwave, etc. The beds are very comfortable with large pillows and new comforters. They also have extra large sized TV's with a good selection of channels for relaxing after a long day of being in the park!
Cons: My only complaint is that I wish the hours for breakfast were a little longer or that they would provide room service for breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff, breakfast selection, whole accommodation
Cons: nothing
Good 6.0
Pros: plenty of parking convenient for west entrance of Yellowstone park
Cons: Limited Breakfast items Dated Decor and furniture Slow WiFi speed Summer rate too high for the quality
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable beds, clean, large room
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Really clean, large room, really friendly staff. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Really not much not to like

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellant location for visiting Yellowstone.
Cons: Price was outrages! Especially considering that we had no maid service the entire stay, had to get our own towels and dump our own garbage. You must be saving alot by not having daily maid service so why not pass this savings onto your customers?
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was a very pleasant stay. Cleanliness and staff friendliness are excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect to walk around town and a short distance to Yellowstone West Entrance.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Close to entrance West Yellowstone, First time We walked in my wife just said ill certaintly will come back to the hotel with my family when they came and visit me in USA. She loved the hotel and the amenities, very close to hotel we always had everytime we had vacation in her home country at least she said very clean and modern. If shes happy then im happy ;) Thank you and we will be back in the future with my wife family ;)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I felt the breakfast meet my expectations.
Cons: Would have liked a breakfast assorted bag of items for quicker ability to get on to visiting Yellowstone.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very close to park entrance and restaurants
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.0
Pros: Clean, easy to find, plenty of parking.
Cons: I booked 2 rooms through Booking.com. When we got here they only had one room in our name. After sorting it out with the front desk, they only had one room left. After getting that one they informed me I had to pay walk in price for it. They said the problem was on Booking.com side. I don’t know where the problem lies but I will not be using Booking.com again. We almost had a family dream vacation ruined.
Okay 5.0
Cons: Not a good value for the money
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved having the family room set up ( one bedroom had a queen bed and the other bedroom had two double beds). It is so nice to have that option when you have a son and a daughter.
Cons: The hotel was quite expensive for a holiday inn.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Convenient and quiet.
Cons: Nope
Excellent 9.0
Pros: My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The pools were great! Really nice staff and our dinner was wonderful!
Cons: It is a little outdated but very clean. We were cozy!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Right outside of entrance to Yellowstone, walking distance to downtown.
Cons: Nope
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean rooms, great staff. Room seems oversized, was nice.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: It is a bummer to show up and have a pool and hot tub closed.
Poor 1.0
Cons: The rooms above us had a lot of noise from individuals running around and stomping on the ceiling above us.
Good 6.0
If your going to visit Yellowstone make sure it is open. It is closed from March 15th to April 16th and the town of WestYellowstone is mostly closed down for the month. Only a couple of restaurants open. I recommend the Slippery Otter.
Excellent 9.6
Trash under both beds. Other then that we LOVED our stay. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Thank you.
Good 7.0
Pros: Good location in West Yellowstone and easy access. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: The restaurant was definitely not following COVID-19 restrictions. Two large parties of 10 and 12 all sitting together and one of the waiters had his mask below his nose which does no good at all. Pretty understaffed in the restaurant - wait was long.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I liked the location the best.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: location
Cons: The bar and restaurant were closed.
Good 6.0
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Dated interior and exterior
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location to west entrance into Yellowstone
Excellent 10.0
Pros: location, cleanliness
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Fitness center was not open
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: No cleaning available - not even limited cleaning. For $----per night and not even to have limited service was just insane so 5 nights in a room that was not cleaned. We forfeited the last night and left for Bozeman on the evening of August 10.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The hotel looks nice from the outside, but unfortunately they were closed and we were never notified
Cons: The hotel looks nice from the outside, but unfortunately they were closed and we were never notified
Good 7.0
Pros: The bed and pillows were really comfortable
Cons: The remote for the tv was under the bed, took us a while too find it and found trash under the bed when we found the remote

Pros: Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons: Our only real complaint was that the beds were Very Hard. None of the adults slept real well due to the mattresses being so hard. This is more of a suggestion, not a complaint. But the room had 2 table chairs and a desk chair, thought it might have been nice to have at least 1 sitting chair, something more comfortable for reading or watching tv in the evening
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Mostly all!
Cons: No complains at all.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: staff very friendly. I needed a car widow scaper (early am leave with ice on the windows) - Staff gave me one of the hotels - much appreciated. Room was fine. Wifi excellent.
Cons: breakfast was OK nothing to get excited about
Good 7.0
Pros: The bed, location.
Cons: .
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great Breakfast friendly staff great pool and hot tub

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast could be better
Cons: Breakfast could be better, Have the choice of whole wheat bread, fresh fruit, fresh eggs
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Complementary breakfast; the cleanliness of the hotel- it smelt great everywhere. Had a nice pool and jacuzzi.
Cons: Location was on the outskirts of Yellowstone but still nice commute.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel was less than a mile from the park. Breakfast was very convenient. The room had a fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board.
Cons: Both mattresses in the room tilted toward the TV. I would have like more variety in the selection at breakfast. Every day the fruit was canned peaches and all but one day the eggs were scrambled.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice location and room was clean and nice.
Cons: The walls seems a bit thin so voice carried over from next room. The breakfast spread was ok..Not great.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great pool area (very clean and well maintained) and friendly helpful staff.
Cons: Expensive for type.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I thought the location near Yellowstone was good. Good breakfast.
Cons: The room was a little stuffy. I did not open the window since I was on the first floor.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was amazing every morning. The staff were all very helpful. It was nice to be in West Yellowstone without being too close to all the noise all night.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff
Good 7.0
Pros: Bfast was good and location cannot be beat
Cons: The front desk lady was not very polite. The sheets and towels weren¿t quite as clean as expected
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: Dirty mirrors and smears all over the furniture. Carpets are not vacuumed throughout the hotel public areas.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff was nice and rooms and hotel were very clean.
Cons: Beds were too firm and we didn¿t like that the earliest we could get the included breakfast was at 6;30. At 6:30, there was a line 40 people long waiting to get in. We skipped breakfast after that to get into the park earlier.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Price
Okay 4.0
Cons: Unhealthy breakfast options, noisy, pricey
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Pool setup was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Multiple ice machines broken.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very friendly staff. Comfy room. Great breakfast. Nice pool. Good location.
Cons: The only concern was there was an electrical outage in the whole town of West Yellowstone the first night we were there. While it wasn't the hotel's fault, they probably should have a game plan in place for such an event. There was no backup generator.
Good 6.0
Pros: Pool is good.
Cons: Older hotel, thin walls. Breakfast is disorganized and low on stock.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location to the West Gate entrance to Yellowstone.
Cons: The price was too expensive.
Excellent 9.6
Friendly receptionist. Decent breakfast even though it’s covid times. Room is clean. Very close to entrance of Yellowstone National Park.
Good 7.0
Pros: The bed was comfortable, ample space for my husband and me, enjoyed the table in the room for a take out dinner during COVID.
Cons: The microwave in the breakfast area was broken, so no way to heat burrito unless we went back to our 3rd floor room to reheat, but we had already checked out.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Unfortunately, the only positive comment I have is it was close to Yellowstone West Gate.
Cons: - Fire alarm at 5:00 am - Hard bed - Free breakfast was bland - canned fruit, horrible coffee - Rug was dirty - Crowded with tour bus people - Thin walls - can hear other guests - Ice machine broken
Okay 4.0
Pros: Not what was expected for the money paid.
Cons: SAA
Good 7.0
Pros: West Yellowstone park entrance .. nice place, reasonable price.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location to Yellowstone was very convenient
Cons: Bathroom was a bit smelly.
Okay 5.0
Pros: location
Cons: Way over priced
Good 7.0
Pros: The breakfast
Cons: Bathroom smell
Good 6.2
Pros: location, easy access
Cons: for $300+ a night, it is definitely over priced for Comfort Inn. That's more expensive than staying at Hilton (5*) in NYC!!! Breakfast was only until 9am, not exceptions. For $300+, should have a full breakfast until at least 11am.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: close to entry of the national park …. breakfast included….friendliest staff I have ever met in a hotel…went above and beyond in good cheer and helpful…helped clean up for breakfast and kept the flow going…took time to chat with the guests
Excellent 8.0
Pros: First of all, the staff was exceptional! Very friendly and offered helpful information about the area. Great location! It was near the west entrance to Yellowstone. We could easily walk to nearby restaurants, also. Breakfast was included. There was a laundry mat next door which we took advantage of.
Cons: There was no elevator, but the men at the desk offered to bring our suitcases to our room.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Front desk people were awesome. Food was just fine for a complimentary breakfast, and great cookies at night. We brought our dogs ( well behaved) there’s a giant park right across the street….this place is right close to everything….
Cons: The restaurant action was poor. Our last night we just said screw it and went to Mc Donald’s. Don’t believe you internet reviews there all lies….Don’t waste your time at the Three Bears…oh boy.Denny’s is better.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The morning staff were great. It was a lovely retired couple who were cheerful, informative, and accommodating. Awesome ambassadors for your establishment! It is also nice in this time of cutbacks to services that a hot breakfast meal is provided and rooms are still serviced daily. A rare event these days.
Cons: The afternoon clerk was not as nice as the lovely morning couple. He argued with me that I did not request a ground floor. When I offered to produce the e-mail and Best Western's confirmation of my request, he relented somewhat telling me I had to take the upstairs or I could feel free to go elsewhere, as they kept the rooms in the older portion of the motel for late arrivals. It was 3:00 PM and I had this reservation for several weeks. The hotel was not entirely sold out. I was not going elsewhere after a long drive and not knowing what else was available in West Yellowstone. When I pointed out that the stairs were steep and difficult to climb for the over 65 generation with bad knees, he still did not produce an appropriate accommodation. To his credit he did offer to help with our luggage. It was only after we were in our car did he come out of the office and tell us a ground floor had "just become available." I was glad we were offered an appropriate ground floor room but the young man's attitude could use an adjustment. Thank goodness the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. We have stayed at this particular Best Western 2-4 times a year, for almost 30 years and this is the first time, I have seriously considered moving elsewhere based on his attitude.
Good 7.0
Pros: coffee
Cons: The breakfast was not good and did not meet our expectations. In Boise Idaho there was sausage patties and scrambled eggs without the red and green decompisated eggs.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location was close to Yellowstone Park. Not on the Main Street for less noise. Waffles were great.
Cons: Didn’t like foreign hair in tub and on shower walls. The walls were extremely thin. I didn’t like waking up to a neighbors alarm early in the morning, and could hear lots of noise through the evening from neighboring rooms. The cost of the room seemed a tad bit expensive for being end of season.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very nice breakfast
Cons: I didn¿t feel it was advertised that it was a hotel with exterior room entrances I didn¿t know this until arrival
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff, location, nice hot breakfast and clean rooms.
Excellent 10.0
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Convenient location.
Good 7.6
For a no frills place to stay it was good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel was right outside west Yellowstone exit, which was accessible within 10 mins when we drove out of the national park.
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location of the Hotel
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Cleanliness by far is better than most hotels.
Cons: Because of certain circumstances the breakfast has to be takeout.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The front office staff were super friendly and helpful. I left my meds in the refrigerator and they wasted no time getting them to a shipper to ship back to me asap. Their shipping company was AWESOME also.
Cons: Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable at all.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great service!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location and friendly staff
Cons: No elevator
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Good price
Cons: So dirty! Staff with little service mind
Good 6.0
Cons: The place is old, water is slow, toilet barely flushes, also AC is quite loud, bathroom doesn't have have a fan, honestly I wouldn't say much if it was 100 dollars a night, but it's 270 usd.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was great, room was clean , but small.
Cons: Front desk personnel were friendly but didn't seem to know what was happening. The second day a person came to the room to say they didn't know we were here. We had problems with our room key. The breakfast room was really small and crowded.
Excellent 10.0
Hotel has great location as it is situated outside the entrance of yellowstone. It is amazing that pets are allowed and a separate room is fixed for them. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very nice. Rooms are nice and comfortable. One more advantage of this hotel is 24 hours open pool. The price is very reasonable, easy to wallet. Wifi and high speed internet is available which is I like most. Room temperature should be maintained as per guest requirement as sometimes rooms become hot.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Good location for Yellowstone access. Friendly staff. Clean.
Cons: Could use some renovation and new furniture.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: These accomodations were as nice as any we have stayed around the world. Great stay . Friendly staff.
Cons: All met our needs.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean rooms. Help was friendly and quite helpful in finding places to eat in town. Very nice bathroom and shower.
Cons: Just a personal preference, but the beds had "memory foam" mattresses which are too warm for me and my wife. Price was a little high.
Good 7.0
Pros: Close to the park.
Good 7.0
Pros: Eggs could have been added in the breakfast.
Cons: Some storage space, a mirror in the room could have added some value for money
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean and comfortable and great location
Cons: They use actual keys for hotel rooms
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast was ok. Coffee in the room was good. Had to use milk; no cream, only non dairy French vanilla. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Marie and Hugo in the lobby were very attentive to our needs, even supplying us with a couple bandaids. They were almost always there when we came and went except for late at night. Location of the hotel was great, right at the west entrance to Yellowstone. We would definitely stay there again.
Cons: All was pretty good, as I mentioned, some half and half for coffee would be good. Also, would prefer liquid soap to bars. Liquid soap much more sanitary.
Excellent 10.0
Clean, nice room, close to West Entrance Yellowstone National Park. Staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. We would definitely recommend this place.
Good 6.2
Pros: The location is walkable.
Cons: You are paying a lot of money for a poorly decorated room with amenities that are very cheap. The staff speak better Chinese than English and are lackadaisically perfunctory.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Memory foam was nice.
Cons: Beds were ok but it would have been better if there was room to get to both sides of them instead of being against a wall on one side. Good breakfast options.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Awesome breakfast
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was AMAZING. They were kind, quick and friendly. Every single interaction was staff was great. The breakfast was beyond my expectation. It was delicious and I loved the set-up. I was there during a snow storm and I appreciated them having tools to get rid of some of the dirt. Very close to park entrance.
Cons: No heater, the room was a bit cold.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast with good selection. Rooms very clean and spacious. Lots of psrking. Very quiet location.
Good 7.0
Pros: it was a standard hotel room with a good location.
Cons: it was a bit dated.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The staff and breakfast was great. Location.
Cons: The room was filthy. I have pictures of hair in the shower and on the bathroom sink, in the bed. Crud built up in the shower. The blinds did not close all the way and I had an outdoor spotlight on my face the entire night. It was awful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect location close to the Yellowstone Park, clean big room, great price, can recommend!
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Breakfast was okay, but when we booked the rooms it was stated as included. When we arrived it was changed to only include 2 breakfasts per room. The staff was friendly but couldn’t accommodate us do to upper management.
Cons: The beds were some of the worst beds I have ever used. The WI-FI didn’t work. They had three different systems and each one would drop service within 15 seconds of logging on. The Website stated they had a theater room. We were excited to use the theater room since it was so cold outside. However, the workers notified us that it no longer existed. The sink didn’t drain. However, the worker was able to remedy that after 30 minutes The Direct TV box was broken but luckily I was able to rig it to work.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The deceiving outward appearance of the hotel is great! But the smell, the condition of the room, the missing bathroom tiles, the coil spring bed, the hole in the ceiling.
Cons: The fact they were willing to give us a refund.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Enrique and all the staffs are very friendly to all visitors. They are helping in many ways. I will definitely recommend my Burmese community.
Cons: The doors needed to be installed with property door stoppers so that will not bang when close back.
Good 6.0
Cons: Hot water was Luke warm
Poor 1.0
Pros: The breakfast was all I liked
Cons: No one could speak English well except one older man that they had to call in for English help. An assistant manager was very rude. The place was old and nasty!! The would not refund my money so we had to stay. No elevator, lots of steps.
Mediocre 2.0
Everything was messy and dirty.
Good 7.0
Pros: Located just minutes from Yellowstone NP entrance, and within walking distance of restaurants. Full buffet breakfast on site.
Cons: It took quite a while for hot water to reach our room.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing just location
Cons: Unorganized staff, dirty rooms, no shampoos (they said because of covid yet they had unsanitary no day wash and soap holders in the shower) I would have preferred small shampoos instead of that.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: No swimming pool or jacuzzi.
Cons: They did not have a microwave or refrigerator.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The location was absolutely wonderful. The price was just what I was looking for, the room was what I needed.
Cons: I found myself wishing there was a microwave in the room. There was also not anyone at the front desk until check in started.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Pick another one! Pictures are misleading
Cons: Bed and shower were broken. Bed was So Hard! Worst shower experience ever! Didn’t drain, smelled musty, fixture was falling out of the wall, soap dispenser is right at your elbow! Why? There’s so many places to put it! They s
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was awesome. Especially the breakfast staff. For what our family was expects from a hotel this one suited our needs. Rooms were very clean. Staff was great. Recommend this hotel for sure
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location and breakfast
Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast was well done. Staff where very accommodating.
Cons: The room rate was expensive for the quality of the hotel. However , I realize West Yellowstone has a monopoly on hotel rooms for Yellowstone National Park visitors as hotels prices are far less priced than staying in the park lodges.
Good 6.0
Pros: Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast ever! Great job.
Cons: The picture on line is a bit misleading. The bedroom is very nice but the rest is very basic. Could have stayed at a BW and been a lot less. Over priced for what you get.
Mediocre 2.8
Pros: The location was right outside Yellowstone which was our destination...that was the ONLY plus about this place.
Cons: It's completely dated, the room was dirty... my kids and I were walking around barefoot in our room and when we went to get into the rock solid beds out feet were black! There was some orange rusty substance coming out of the shower head that left the what was white tub ORANGE after my shower. There were dead bugs smashed into walls through the room. The room smelled terrible of mothballs. We paid over $300 for this one room for one night and both my husband and I said we should be just slept in our vehicle. We are campers and travelers so we know how to rough it if necessary but This was the worst stay we have ever had! I do not recommend this place at all!
Good 6.0
Pros: The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.
Cons: There is no elevator and the a/c did not work. Also, I couldn't get the internet to work in my room but if I went to the common area it would work. This was the first hotel I have stayed at where they ask you your room number when you go to get breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Restaurants near by. Breakfast pretty decent. No pool. Friendly staff.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Close to Yellowstone National Park
Cons: Very poor customer service, rude, AC & bath vent were both not working. When asked they did not provide a new room for us. We checked out a day early due to the poor service & bad room. Would not recommend for friends & families.
