Pros (+) The ability to use my smart phone to check-in before arrival and then go straight my room and use the phone to get in my room was a very nice surprise. Room service meals were prompt, well-prepared and very reasonably price. Quiet at night. Beds are extraordinarily comfortable.
Cons (-) Really no complaints.

Pros (+) New rooms were good. Shower was fine.
Cons (-) My electronic door lock failed and even maintenance with master key didn't work. They had to break into my room, then spend an hour replacing the door mechanism. Very inconvenient. Also, it was disconcerting how easy it was to break into my locked room. It took about 20 seconds.
