Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, unreliable or non-functioning WiFi, and occasional problems with hot water and air conditioning. While some found the staff friendly and helpful, others experienced unresponsive or unfriendly service. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location and room comfort, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and amenities.
